Done some thinking on the spoil heap. If most of gold was visible and in quartz viens then we should not be getting our hopes up on high grades fromthe spoils ? Any thoughts..

One thing that should be set in stone, is any member of a company can't be a member of another company. It feeds a laid back attitude. Getting a money income from multiple sources and just having to tick them along nicely. If they get money then 100% should be dedicated to the company and the shareholders they are working for. :-(
