Imo the company should be trying to build a loyal pi base. Offeringthese small insentives will grow confidence in the BOD. it's all about having a fair crack of the whip. Ocelot, with all due respect we just have to think back to all the whinging and whinning when a placing is announced. These in most case are filled with new high rolling pi's. Why not make it go in our favour for once. If it doesn't work then revert back again. But IMO we are using our hard earned cash, big or small to try and turn a coin.

E71, iam no legal eagle but does reso 6 not let them issue up to 450k worth of shares without offering shareholders any options?
