Didn’t catch the end of the hearing. What was the outcome please?

Does make you wonder whether this drop has been orchestrated. Seems to be overdone just dropping almost on every sell.

@ Catmundo - does seem like sells are being swept up.

There is the possibility this has been dropped to scare some PI's to sell in order to fill a large order from a fund. Whilst not confirmed yet, I would imagine that a dividend payment would also be very appealing to a fund buying in. Hold the line!

@Rugby2015. Yes you are missing something. The gas revenues on top thanks to the new pipeline agreement! Ch-ching ching!

A broker note from Cantors would be nice, and better publicise the company's value to a broader audience, but we know Highlands were having back-to-back meetings with funds over the last week. The deal was pushed through with True so this could be discussed. I'm sure they targeted specific funds with knowledge and interest in O&G and I would expect funds to perform their own due diligence and not rely on the broker note. How long the DD will take is anyone's guess, but we know how engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic people like Cully, Robert, Eric are - and I'm sure they will have advised the company are about to "inundate the market with news" and therefore speed is of the essence!

The more I look at the deal the company have made with True, the more I like it tbh. Sure some of the excitement with ED has been taken away, but as I mentioned earlier, this now opens the company up to a different type of investor, namely the funds - who will look at a de-risked company, with a solid income stream, and a cash position and to develop other assets which could be company changing on their own. I also think this might appeal to high net worth individuals who will see a yield and a decent risk profile to even acquire the company. Maybe the relationship with True (and other big industry players) will also lead to this once DTU gets to being commercialised, and a more detailed assessment of Helios is done. At this MCAP the SP must rise (once our seller is flushed through).

so for the 6 wells it's getting on for $700k per month for doing now't! Then add on the existing 2 (plus the months full production income until the agreement starts on 1st May with True...and with the other wells being discussed at the next COGCC meeting, and True's aggressive drilling plan... the money will start being literally thrown at HNR!

@ Gaffy - I like to think I have a bit more class than that!

I know others disagree - but I think there's a large seller in the market who's been offloading chunks for a while. Any strength is immediately sold into in round numbers. Today a moderate rise, and the chunks are in a smaller amount. If true, then I think this can only be either the Primary bid / advisory board warrants or the Renegade shares. Otherwise it's the CEO's warrants or Diversion. In any event - it'll have to end at some point, and hopefully soon.

For the moment this is a bit of a safe-bet stock, and no wonder why the team were meeting fund managers, as this is more suited to the profile they like, plus it's on the main market and better regulated. Also has the undoubted potential to offer significant returns. Hopefully these funds will start to buy into the company, after they've done their own DD. Maybe, just maybe, some of the fund managers might say..."I have a net worth client who's looking to acquire a small-cap oil company, because of the rising oil price, and Highlands proven deliverability, with $10m in the bank, increasing revenues - plus the potential plays with DTU and Helios - might just fit what they're looking for!"

Cully certainly speaks very well, and I'm sure they must have caught the attention of the fund managers they were meeting. They must have high hopes for Helios, and if there's the helium there in the quantities they believe there is - we will all be laughing!

Sells. Hence the price movement

I think in hindsight the RNS would've been better received if it contained an approximation of cash revenues from the agreement with True - because not everyone uses this forum and many would've just seen the disposal of 49% of assets. I appreciate the RNS had to go out ASAP but just think it should've been prepared with more digestible information, because a lot has been left for investors to work out the benefits. Generally I feel broker notes don't do a lot for the SP - but I feel that Cantors need to get one out ASAP in this instance - so people can see a value on the company. Obviously this might be difficult, given it's not abundantly clear where Highlands are with DTU commercialisation, and also concerning Helios progression. Don't get me wrong, I do have faith in the board - but I can understand why the market has reacted the way it has. Sentiment never seemed to be our friend anyway. I've often wondered whether the company's achievements would be better recognised on a US exchange. I know it's costly, but with the company in a cash-rich situation, I'd be interested to know whether this has crossed their minds?
