Because the stock has a Trading Halt on the ASX market whilst they provide an announcement on the funding, with the stock to start trading again on Wednesday (Australia time).

So the announcement will be tomorrow sometime...

Luckily for you Spikey it's really nothing for you to worry about. Shareholders had long given up on this one, and so IF it does come good as per Amit's promises then Shareholders really won't care if ABH has awarded himself more shares in the meantime.

Likewise NandL - although I contacted Computershare who said that in October 2017 they ceased dealing with Cloudtag and pointed me back to the company!

Although Amtech not getting over that and just repeating it ad nauseum makes him/her also look a bit amateurish too, no?

Whooaaa, steady on! I'm as invested and hopeful as the next person, but let's not all go backslapping just yet. For me there's still a huge measure of cynicism attached to this, and until I see the money in the bank - that's a very justifiable position to take.

Why is no shareholder list needed? Many of us just received share certificates via "computershare" who no longer deal with Cloudtag!? And the platform used to buy cloudtag shares have long since dropped any link to cloudtag. Personal addresses have since changed so any cheques will be sent to the wrong address.

Isn't it just a little strange that there has been no attempt to validate the shareholder list and personal details in order to enable the supposed payout!?

Although I'm not sure why they've only just issued this letter because I got something similar from Bestinvest back in 2017 along with a share certificate issued by a company that said they stopped dealing with Cloudtag in October of the same year!

Someone in the FB group also put a photo of the same letter, spelled correctly "CLOUDTAG".

I get that AtD but AIM is as much about sentiment, as it is fundamentals. When you get a board that doesn't keep investors informed and engaged then sentiment, and therefore share price will suffer. Investors start to panic that all is not as it seems or they lose trust in the board. If you want to underpin a share price then investor comms is paramount - it can't just been turned on when the company want to. It takes a bit of effort.

Which makes the board’s wall of silence all the more baffling as they’ve done absolutely nothing to promote this project.
