Promise!?
In response to Amtech I'd say there were probably 5,590,481 warrants exercised by MB during 2021 that wasn't picked up by the auditors compiling the accounts.
Yet MB chose to put in GBP 173k of his own money last year...so it's a bit of a lazy unresearched comment by mizolgit.
I believe he's put out these updates on the company website in order to give him time to make clean his exit, and also for reference purposes for future enterprises/scams in different jurisdiction(s).
As others have said, it's not long to find out now - although I'm not really expecting any further updates. I think the end of January would be a reasonable period of time to make a determination one way or t'other.
As much as I would like to believe that somehow Ben-Haim has pulled a rabbit out of the hat and somehow persuaded someone to part with the best part of 300m dollars, I am long-resigned to the fact this is a scam.
I truly believe that ABH has run out of people to fleece, and he's been stringing everyone along to ready his escape. Maybe the house sale is part of the exit strategy, maybe it isn't.
I suspect he's put the updates on the company website with no fear of recourse. Try and sue him for your money? He knows the uproar has long since whimpered out in order to garner a class action and also, the Cloudtag Inc you're shares are held in no longer exists! He reversed into a different company in a different jurisdiction and re-named it - so people thought they still held shares in the company that is allegedly doing the deal!
Sorry - but I think people need to temper their expectations here - but I would love to be proved wrong.
Collhandluke - I also have a Computershare certificate, dated May'17. I rang Computershare who said that they stopped being the registrar for CTAG in October'17 with no forwarding address, except an email address for Cloudtag which is contact@cloudtag.com. I've sent an email - but not had a response yet.
I had a bestinvest account & they issued me a computershare certificate but then I previously got a bit of a dead end when contacting them a few months back. Them and BI seemed to have washed their hands, so if you get anywhere with either of them I’d really appreciate it!?
Did our DFS include infrastructure costs, that BKT are now picking up?
What if it was the brewery who told the landlord that the delivery was imminent, and the landlord was merely passing on the information to you?
She baked a few nice cakes?
And said the prices will be going up 4000-6000%!
It has to be why they haven't mentioned the one very thing that is apparently holding us back...
Maybe they’re saving the bigger news for when the warrants expire!?
What I'd really like to know, is who's dad is harder?
I just rang finnCap to see what I could glean about the best process to get the company to speak to us, as per their corporate governance obligations, and whether we need to force an EGM - and was told they don't speak to private shareholders, and we have to go via our brokers.
How do we get this guy to talk to us? EGM?
Wasn't it that the 2 Prospecting License applications became amalgamated, so we now have 1 Active Mining License and 1 Active Prospecting Licence?
Could be that we are being sold to the Chinese?
You won't get a reply.
Auto generated nonsense. Doesn’t even take into account the warrant exercising & resultant cash balance.
