There’s some way to go to get the newco up and running so I’d say at least until the month end that new shareholders will be eligible for newco shares

So say a theoretical offer comes in for £500m for the Breast cancer test - and the company decide to sell it, I presume that cash would be distributed to shareholders at a dividend of around £3 per share?

Don't think that DF is quite there tbh (be nice to be proved wrong) if tests are being only just being sent out to a study group in order to evaluate results and ease of use. I would think they would need to be returned and reviewed before DF is achieved.

L&G appear to have stopped selling on 29th April (2 weeks ago). Can only think if there is a large seller it would be the charities, and that L&G see the value in holding the rest of their position.
