I'll agree with NW that investor relations/comms etc has been terrible at Armadale. That seems to be the flip side of keeping costs to an absolute minimum. I'll also agree that the finance package might contain an element of equity - although the company only has to raise a fraction of what HZM did, has warrants and another asset that will provide cash, and the payback time is 1.6yrs. So, along with other potential prepayment arrangements, it's hoped that the finance package will be mostly debt. The rest of NW's "points" really don't bear scrutiny.

Pick your Potato....Potato A: rather than cultivating relationships during the prolonged ML award, so that everything lands quickly thereafter, the BOD were effectively asleep at the wheel &/or doing other things. Potato B: this was actually a pre-determined strategy to flush out the seller and allow time for warrant exercising. Potato C: the FEED Pt2 and CSIRO follow-ups are taking longer than expected, or started later than expected, and these are a dependency on deals to land. Potato D: MB is bargaining hard amongst prospective buyers. Or a mixture of all these potatoes! I don't expect the situation to become clearer after the podcast if a RNS doesn't land. MB is a bit of a car crash when it comes to interviews, as tight-lipped as they come.

Think it may have been a PI. They could've sold @ 6.3p yesterday and made another £5k, but the drop spooked them into selling. If you're a PI and came in at, say 2p, then that's a lovely profit to bank.
