From memory Broomfield
Selecting the test should not be complicated:
1/ Does the test detect a viral load of c/t27 (WHO approved level) or better.
2/ Does it detect all currently known variants of concern.
3/ Can the test sample be easily collected, by a individual (non professional), from themselves, without pharyngeal or posterior nasal invasion.
4/ Can the results be obtained without third party device or analysis; within 30 minutes.
5/ Can the product be manufactured in high enough volume for a competitive price.
I have given up..... hope someone posts link to what we should have watched!!
Current drill program and many aspects of the DFS contracted and paid for from funds existing before the recent fund raise ...... read the RNS’s.
SMS, the German engineering company are offering us a fixed price, turn key plant build with product guarantees.... I hope they are involved in the testing of this ‘new processing method’ and that it is not a p**sing contest between the Czechs and the Germans.....
I am well aware that the Germans have treated the Czechs in a subservient manner in the past and I hope that they (the Czechs) approach this in a purely business like manner as opposed to trying to score points..... Europe needs the best processing of this ore and the Czech can make billions from the supply chain.
Two things to think about...... Firstly the German environmental lobby is very powerful; it fought against nuclear power and won, it will fight against VUL operating underneath populous areas and it may even prevent Zinnwald having its own processing plant.
Secondly, it is obvious that the Czech govt are determined to domestically add many steps of the value chain to Cinovec’s ore...... this may indeed leave the door open to processing Zinnwald ore....... after all, the ore doesn’t even need to see day light, there is a ‘border crossing’ underground in the mine.
I think that that is the first time that Keith has revealed the potential to double production in an interview.......
DP, If you could have been bothered to attend the AGM that occurred shortly before the buy in by CEZ you would have received a copy of the ‘reserve matters’ that relate to the shareholders agreement between EMH and CEZ. According to that document important decisions involving €5m+ of assets need to be unanimously agreed by the board.
Whilst there is lots of room for every project within Europe there are severe headwinds for many...... someone asked for evidence of issues associated with Savannah (https://www.mining-journal.com/politics/news/1410731/locals-threaten-to-block-savannah-lithium-project)
Infinity has just had its exploration permit revoked (https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/themarketherald.com.au/infinity-lithium-corporation-asxinf-shares-crash-amid-spanish-permit-cancellation-2021-05-17/amp/)
Vulcan will face a massive fight with the German environmental lobby as they try to get permission to extract lithium directly from under the most populous area of their nation...... meanwhile EMW/Geomet/CEZ are developing an historic mine in an old mining province where jobs in coal mining are being lost every week...... hence the huge support at regional level..... you work it out.
Hum don’t seem to be making as much money as hoped as they process low grade pay, Cora is non core for them and the cash might help with the funding of their new mine in Guinea.
Would I be right in observing that two of his top 3 (Savanna and Lithium America’s) have each announced serious objections from their local environmental lobby in the last week...... great research Matt!
Plenty of room for all European Lithium projects CZLi though I do think Cinovec will be first to produce.
Maybe VW will find comfort and confidence in our project from the fact that we will have a turn key construction price with ongoing product quality guarantees from German engineering firm ‘SMS’.
Hey Fingers, looks like a few will be coming to the party..... count me in, I’ll have some of Arnaut’s wine if I may....... what were you thinking of bringing? I am a burgundy man myself!!!!
Go EMH.
It would be ironic if VW were to target ‘slowing down Tesla’ as, from all reports, VW are moving at a snails pace bound by layers of bureaucratic inaction and historic process ......
Both Tesla and CEZ are progressing much quicker ..... who will cross the line first?
Lancashire by the way, Gods fathers country.
Things really hotting up but have to say I expect an offer from CEZ for our share of Geomet before too long...... got to get the SP higher ASAP to achieve a decent price. Only a few ways to do that.... offtakes, increased production, mining licences, cheap funding....... will be gutted to get less than £3 a share, would like to take the ride for the next 8-10 years.
RTZ have a problem with the Jadar project in that I understand a by product of the Lithium mining would be very large quantities of borates. RTZ a big players in this $20-25bn global market and do not want to see the price in this currently stable market plummet ...... they will
only want to commence Jadar when the economics are in their favour.
I really can’t see the CR wanting or letting VW buy one share in Geomet, the Czechs will want this for themselves and I suspect they will try to buy us out at some stage. VW has the opportunity to buy Zinnwald which I suspect the EU/ Germany will prevent from getting into Chinese (Ganfeng) ownership (any percentage thereof)..... and they will
find plenty of funds to make that purchase.
no Scardy, it was performed on me by the operative.... though very straightforward
Abbott panbio antigen LFD. Anterior nasal. 5 revolutions round each nostril. Got home within 20 mins and registered the test barcode online and the negative result came through 10 seconds later by text, whether the result was ready before, can't say but definitely within 30 mins. Chatted to the nice girl leading her team about the limitations of PCR and how it is thought that the infectious period is relatively short and that LFD is the way forward ..... 'Use LFD to test, isolate those positive and check test with a PCR'. She thinks testing will be with us for a long time yet 'many years' and anticipates that the virus will continue to mutate. Wore my sky blue hoody, beginning to think that the outcome could have been different if I had worn a red top........?
Just so happens that I have dental treatment tmrw and live 10 mins from Manc airport....... am there now with my wife......
