Given how much of their own money they are ploughing in, the directors must have something up their sleeve, there is now way they could have picked up this many shares at this price in the open market and buying up shares from an issue and on terms announced months ago means they are not restricted in taking their entitlement even if they know what deals are in the pipeline so no closed period. News could come anytime.

sif12 2 Apr'15 - 09:22 - 596 of 597 0 0 Bought a few.. hard to say how mich these licences would cost.. but recently looking at software licence where each application was £8000.. this is an excel add on so can expect anywhere near as much.. but if a bank is spending months on due diligence then it has to be sizeable.. wouldnt be worth the man power otherwise.. so maybe a grand or possible 2 a year per licence?
