We are continuing to progress the obtaining of the required community and regulatory approvals to pursue exploration at Pampamali. The Company has engaged experienced consultants to assist in getting these approvals and this does take time. The Company continues to conserve its working capital and has over 50% of the net proceeds from the last financing (as detailed in the announcements of 3 and 4 July 2014) still available to it. The Board expect to shortly complete the revised agreement with the owner of Pampamali as announced on 22 December 2014, which will allow the Company to gain a 51% interest in the Pampamali project sooner and at a lower cost than described in the Company's AIM Admission Document and announcement of 6 June 2014. The Board are also continuing to investigate new opportunities in South America and we will continue to update the market as and when required.

Alternative Energy Limited has developed and is currently producing an advanced range of LED street lights under its eLumen8 brand; the eLUMEN8 lamp family utilises the latest COB (chip on board) LED technology engineered by its team in Singapore which is already being sold in Asia. The advantages of COB LED stems from the multi LED chips which are packaged together as one lighting module so providing greater thermal resistance, a larger cooling area, a better lighting effect and higher light efficiency than standard products. GSL has been recently established to bring together a team of marketing professionals who have been in the energy efficiency and renewable sector for many years. GSL's financial model will enable local authorities to exchange non-LED lights for more efficient LED lights without having to find the capital cost of the replacement lights. I keep reading the RNS and something is not right, i first read it and thought b oo llocks another grand down the drain but the more i read it the more i am chilling! Take time to read it again i find it hard to beleive they will let this go to the dogs ?? but i might be wrong i have been in the past, it is now priced to go bust but why put this comment in the news and also if you read the distribution news i take it they dont have to pay for anything until orders are received so where are GLS in all this ?? And this comment The Company is continuing to work on the sales of its products, in particular its street lights which are currently being tested in the UK by a number of different potential customers. Tests have so far been positive and orders are being pursued.
