Tricky, agree a double barrel antigen and antibody test package useful for both the bus scenario you describe, and the travel and hospitality industries, and life in generally. However, what's the time lag going to be between Boris/someone announcing that UK RTC has got it sorted out, and gzillions of test being available at your local pharmacy/and what's the certification going to look like? I think these delivery-related issues will be sorted out during June, which may be why they are saying it's not going to be perfect ("world class") on day one...
