@MIKODX as per Nskno1's questions - can you clarify your understanding of who's doing the gov't negotiation i.e. the selling of the RTC tests? Omega have pledged (part of the terms and conditions of the Consortium, I assume) x% capacity at bargain prices to the Gov't. Presumably Omega will be looking to ink that part of the deal, i.e. sell, that capacity to the Gov't? Omega can then go wild and sell spare capacity to anyone else.
