Yes FSA ceased to exist as you'll know some time ago, PRA went under the BoE wing in the City and FCA remained in the old FSA building at North Colonnade in Canary Wharf, for some years, but were lured to Stratford/Westfield shopping centre environs a couple of years ago. I quit all that (was in the software game) a little while ago.

It was the (I assume corporate law) significance of the 10% threshold I was interested in "we will not call a shareholder’s vote next week upon us dropping below the 10% shareholding threshold." Could he not all a shareholders vote right now, at the 14% or so that Richmond Group has, and at what point can he (or any shareholder) not call a shareholders vote (whatever and however that is actually enabled, and under what compliance/law framework, I know not).

Richob/PL75, is your view BAMS soon (e.g. next week/August) and LFT news let's say mid September, something like that? That's my view. Till then we have to hope market interest will sustain this SP platform level.

Is not the expected timeline for clinical validation of the AVACTA LFT nearer to September, in reality, and then some ginormous Gov't and international orders in October, something like that? For anyone gagging for an RNS on Monday, or something official related to the Matt H and John Bell reading-between-the-lines that's been going on, I think not - there can be no formal endorsement till then. Maybe next week something on BAMS, but not LFT. Views please?
