Have I missed threads on this subject, anyone any updated views? I would have thought these will be dire, but the question is how dire. I suspect they will be awful!

Cripes - they say they can up it to 1000 machines from their factory per month, at £40,000 each. £40m per month, producing hardware?!

A bit of uproar over actions taken by this thick skinned and oblivious government would be nothing new, and would have no impact (!), as they would not notice it.

@Technick - I've been away for a while whilst GDR was having the long siesta, but am back in GDR since a couple of weeks ago. Given what you say, why are there no significant sales? What approvals are missing, and if non (for UK, say), does GDR have an adequate sales team?

@Ophidian, thanks - perfectly plausible. I worked at Rowntrees (remember them) a million years ago on Kit Kat - back then it was £40,000 for new molds for the production line, if you wanted to shave a few milligrams off the chocolate, by making the angle of the choc over the biscuit fingers a tad steeper.

Agree NK1234 - I have tried to correct many posts earlier this evening that have got all excited about the 14th Sept gov web page updates. Ppl just get carried away and start blathering about moons and booms.

Why the vitriol for RachelsDad? The post spells out what we know is broken, sure, and is what we can read on the news, but hey, give a break. It's worth knowing just how hacked off some other parts of society are.
