Here we go again DB ramping (misleading investors) another drilling failure. More money wasted on a dribbler. When will DB tell the shareholders the truth about the actual financial return on the millions he has now squandered in the USA. He is obviously s**t scared of telling the truth as the sp would be around 5p. Nothing at all concrete in the RNS, as usual, pure waffle and certainly nothing for the poor old shareholders and definitely no gushers!!

I believe DB is in discussions with his RNS script writers on how he can ramp up another virtually dry well, so it can be read by the gullible UJO shareholders and also general investors at large, that it is yet another "commercial" field. Whatever the definition of "Commercial" is in DB's playbook!! It certainly doesn't include payments of dividends to the shareholders or add any capital value to the UJO company, for the so called "commercial" Andrew's wells. It is extremely likely that UJO will never even get sufficient overall production from the Andrew's wells to return capital spent. What a waste DB!!

Without doubt the Europa Directors are on notice and in panic mode. They must either get farm-ins tout suite on Inishkea and/or EG or sell the company to the highest bidder. Six months to get something moving or 48 million shares will be disposed of at the market price bringing the company to its knees and Directors slung out of over paid jobs. Not too soon!!

All activities going extremely smoothly and positively. Certainly Zephyr have everything in place for a successful final lateral drill and completion of the well for acid clean, testing and evaluation and subsequent production. I am sure other large oil companies and investors will be eyeing this progress closely and would expect the sp to reflect this with eager anticipation. Well done so far Colin and wish you all the luck in the world to bring home the bacon. The shareholders can't wait for the successful outcome of this well and Paradox field as a whole.

PBoo, UJO would make a lot more money by shutting the Andrew's wells down and pulling out of the Reach collaboration deal completely. I'm afraid Reach are the only party making any money out of this stupid deal. Bramhill must be losing his marbles. The other directors need to sense check everything he is doing now as he is just throwing good money after bad. Not a good sign of his mentality and he serously needs to be called to account by the shareholders as soon as possible before UJO goes belly up and the shareholders lose everything. If he carries on spending in the USA with no return for the company shareholders, his integrity must be called into question, and find out the real reason he continues to pass all this shareholder money over to Reach for completely dud wells and absolutely no real return on investment. Brain scan for DB and foreign bank account checks are required as a minimum!! Prediction - sp to plummet over the next few months if the USA escapade continues. DB must go.

Suspect there's been a leak of information to instigate a 10 million early share buy as someone in the know is expecting a big rise in the sp soon. Positive RNS this week me thinks!! Let's see?

All good news. Will be plain sailing from now on and sp will no doubt slowly increase with the lateral drilling progress. What is not to like. Doubters have all gone very quiet now. Supergit, sounds to me like "only fools and horses" . Complete chancers , all of the Directors, they have no idea of how to run a company and use cash prudently or wisely for the good of the shareholders. No formal due diligence to be seen on the Beacon investment or the USA investments. Wild predictions on future pay backs from well production and Royalty payments with comments like "throwing money off like a bandit" but no evidence of any kind. Pure cowboys and second rate actors, all of them, spaffing shareholders money into extremely risky and extremely poor investments. Several millions of pounds from Wressle gone with little or virtually no return by a CEO now so scared and so frightened of his miserable performance that he dare not show his yellow belly in public and face his shareholders and tell them the truth. DB needs to resign immediately and apologise to his shareholders for his lies and dismal display as a CEO. BE GONE WITH YOU BEFORE YOU ARE RIGHTFULLY THROWN OUT!!

As I expected, excellent news, could not be any better contract for both interested parties. I can see this as a massive boost to the birth of the development of the giant Paradox field and the making of Zephyr into a major oil and gas player. Such an opportune time to get invested in Zephyr, with a brilliant CEO, who certainly knows precisely how to aggressively grow the company into a major oil and gas player, without diluting the shareholder's value on the way. Every credit to him and his fellow directors.

Jokingu, it could be a large institutional holder lending them out or the MM's themselves playing a game with private retail investors. Until DB bites the bullet and is honest with the public and releases the truly bad news in the USA, It is bound to continue. Problem DB has is that it is all very bad news at the moment and no good news at all, except if you believe the lies DB tells the public in his very misleading RNS's.

Gwynwin, you are completely missing the point, remember on so many occasions DB has said the future's bright and we know what we are doing and we have the expertise to make them right decisions in the right places, well they are no better than anyone else, in fact maybe too full of bull for there own good. Many people on this bb warned him of the very low and quickly dwindling flows from the wells in that area of Oaklahoma but oh no he thought he knew so much better and would find a gusher !! So what have we? Basically DB hasn't told his shareholders (Owners) by RNS, for certain, what is actually going on, as it is all smoke and mirrors at the moment, for the 3 wells that have been completed to date!! All the well flow data news the shareholders can really rely on is from the government website site, which is updated monthly, and it looks extremely poor and getting worse by the day and doesn't look like it will pay back the costs of the wells at Andrew's site. Why doesn't he admit it was a big expensive mistake and pull out and admit he was mislead by Reach and he has been misleading his UJO shareholders - big time!! Gwynwin, you are being used (as his "good dog" to break the sad news to the shareholders and trying to make lame excuses for DB. You poor sucker!!

How is it possible for the MM's to mistake buys and report in writing that they are sells ? I know it happens but why ???

This is excellent news for shareholders. Bo, having a large shareholding and substantial experience of managing successful companies and selling them on, will certainly be a proactive influence to see the best way out of the present mess that the company is in. He will ensure that an increasing sp is used as the main guide for the company to be going in the right direction and not pye in the sky dreamlike ideas of the current executive directors. He will be asking hard financial questions to be answered, before jumping head first and investing multi millions into these expensive hairbrain deals like Serenity, EG, Inishkea, etc. He will put their feet to the fire. Next to go will be the Chairman if Inishkea is not a success. Egdon will need to watch out and get planning permission soon at Wressle , no more fannying around. I am sure this will stir things up for the good of the company shareholders. No more drifting along and just collecting your big salary.

BMA, whatever DB states in answer to your questions, it cannot be believed, as he has a massive credibility issue hanging over him, due to proven lies and misleading statements in many previously issued RNS's, and therefore nobody can rely on his honesty and integrity in anything he states.

mickyb, you can almost guarantee if the news from the taylor well results is going to be poor then the news will be delayed so that db can polish the turd and dress it up so the production figures can be bent sufficiently to officially announce that it is a so called commercial well (ha, ha, whatever that means in db's ****eyed view - it will pay the directors wages and jollies only, and nothing for those moaning shareholders). that is most definitely what is going on now, db will bending and twisting and manipulating the oil and gas output figures to make them look like a massive success for about a few minutes only for the shareholders to find out later the overall monthly figures bare no resemblance to the instantaneous initial oil and gas output figures. what a disingenuous con man (or plain liar some will say) he is. just tell the truth for once!

Vernetles, you're missing the important point. It wouldn't matter at all to the sp, how much bashing the BOD were getting on this BB, if they were doing a splendid job. The truth of the matter really is that they are not doing a splendid job at all and that’s why the AGM votes were very much against them over the long period they have had to put thing right. To put it bluntly they have spaffed several millions of pounds cash, plus there extremely high salaries over six years, earnt from Wressle oil produced, on Serenity and EG and Inishkea and what have they got to show for it ? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! What a complete and utter waste of shareholders money. All down the drain. Not one farmin to be seen anywhere. Not even a sniff of one interested party?
