DB must go for wilfully hiding the truth from shareholders and telling blatent lies about flow rates and high returns on capital.

When will he learn "The truth will out" eventually. Note that he sneakily says "up to" 100 barrels a day after pump modifications. That is DB at his usual tricks, they will be extremely lucky to get a stabilized oil flow of 40bpd from each well for a year, dropping rapidly from previous experience. So UJO will be fortunate to get 18bpd for themselves from each well. Nowhere near 100 bpd DB is again ramping. DB Must go, he cannot help himself. He has got away with it for far too long. He's lost all credibility and trust even within his own Directors!!

Itsawrap, either way it is a complete shambles and UJO will never get their initial investment back at the current rate of slows so they are telling gigantic lies at stating also that these are wells quick, high return on investment. What a massive con by Reach on UJO management who are so nieve and extremely gullible!!

What stuck out like a sore thumb , in the Webinar today, was that Zac did not deny that the government website reported oil produced from the Andrew's wells each month was correct. To me it points out that the Andrew's oil flows shown are perfectly correct and the joint venture team are extremely embarrassed by the dribble of oil and are hoping and praying that they get better. Quite the opposite is happening. Oh dear!! Who is going to tell the stupid Emporer DB he has no clothes on?? He must go now.

Someone who can tell the whole truth and is extremely honest and timely with the company information and reports to the shareholders regularly and of course keeps to his promises and word. The CEO must also recognise that his salary and those of other directors takes a massive chunk from the small company profits and he must distribute profits equitably between regular shareholder dividends and future investment. He must ensure proper financial risk assessments are seen to be conducted for ALL UJO capital spent on projects to ensure LOW RISK and HIGH NEAR TERM RETURN. Not a finger in the air job with his mates!! All Directors must have at least 3% shareholding investment in the company from their own resources. 50% of each of the directors salary is paid as a bonus based on sp performance of the previous year and calculated on the sp at the start of each financial year. The CEO must ensure that all company directors understand and demonstrate that shareholders financial interests are paramount in all decisions taken. Non executive directors (totally independent) must be appointed to the board to balance opinions and decisions taken. All directors salaries shall be middle of the range for similar size AIM listed companies.

Kipper obviously seriously peeved he got out too quickly and bought into Arrow which have dropped from 29p earlier in the year to today's 22p. Must be well underwater now. Poor Kipper!!

It's undeniably great news in today's RNS for Zephyr shareholders. Could not be better as the way things proceed in these financial matters. This drill will be a springboard for many other wells. This is just the beginning for Zephyr in building a very successful money generating oil and gas company in the next couple of years. Glad to be on board.

I believe the Maths Gwynwin, why don't you? Do you know any better? Do you have inside information or are you defending DB'Ss pathological instinct to lie or disappear and go all quiet when their is bad UJO news to give to his shareholders. DB is an absolute disgrace as a company Director and has to go. TW is so right about DB, he is history and is just hanging around like a very expensive bad smell. DB has lost all credibility in anything he says nowand he his lost all ability to see what damage he's doing to the company by being still there. I don't think he realises his so called team at UJO think he's an idiot behind his back and do not believe a word he says. I can see the sp dropping a lot further when the USA truth is actually announced officially. No payback for several or more years I'm afraid, if at all, so what a useless cash investment that is!! Reach have done well though selling it to UJO. Who knows where the UJO cash goes once DB's mates in Reach have it ? What's your guess? Lining someone's back pockets no doubt? Stinks, doesn't it? Best to be aware what can happen in these small companies with other people's (shareholders) hard earned money to throw around.

The Dutch judges in the Shell oil company scope 3 emmission trial have come to the only conclusion any normal right thinking person can that the use of any other fuel for use than the domestic supply would be far, far worse for the environment. Yes Gwynwin, But your missing a trick, Directors must invest the company cash wisely and must cut their costs accordingly (reduce wages and bonuses and numbers of employees) and also keep the LT shareholders and investors happy and be ready for all eventualities (risk assessments). I bet DB and his team have never conducted a financial risk assessment on any of their investment activities. The sp dropping demonstrates this fact. DB just sticks a finger in the air and hopes for the best. Not a way to invest hard earned cash UJO had on their balance sheet. Where has it all gone in such a short space of time, for absolutely NO RETURN REPORTED in the USA?? No wonder the sp is where it is. Hanging on to a hope and a prayer at just above 10p . Yes Gwynwin, the MP's are identical in their actions to the Directors of companies, particularly UJO. Keep the money for themselves, and distribute crumbs or virtually nothing for the people who should get it? Is that what you are saying? Sounds familiar to what UJO shareholders are saying.

Gwynwin, you just don't get it do you. DB isn't dealing with his own money!! It is shareholders money he is spaffing away on wild bets like Beacon and Elephant. He needs to be held to account. But he's a scaredy cat and hides away when their is bad news happening in UJO, giving the opportunity for all his informed buddies to sell before the bad news leaks out to other share holders. DB needs to go and sooner the better. He's a gutter type Director with no conscience at all.

Gwynwin, Dreaming again? Truth and honesty given promptly is the only thing that really matters. When will you and DB learn? I thought you and DB were experienced in these matters, to gain investors trust.

Island, usually see the very big deals after hours, once they are fully closed out.

People in the know are buying? Lots of buys. Moving sp upwards. Seems as though deal has been agreed and signed off. Is this lift off point ? RNS tomorrow possibly?

Minrow, KA does not know what he is talking about. Shorting has definitely happened here and a lot of money has been made through many LTS's selling at a massive loss to themselves and dragging the sp down and down and down day by. day. The shorties start the ball rolling down the hill and it soon picks up its own momentum and it is self fulfilling particularly with a director like DB hiding the truth about what is happening and conducting false ramping now and again. It is then experience judging when to ask the MM's to start the accumulation of shares to buy back, at the lowest possible sp, which looks like is happening now with UJO. Yes it actually happens so beware and be careful of sudden changes in sentiment towards shares. It's a gambling game to make money.
