Still it seems there's lots of design and construction work to do on the plant equipment which handles the gas from the wells and then pressure and volume controls and separates the liquid and then monitors and meters the gas before it goes into the pipeline to be transported to the customers. That's not a simple or quick task to design, specify and purchase equipment and construct and commission. Cannot understand why this was not conducted over a year ago. It seems they are still deciding how much gas flow capacity the plant will need to be capable of handling. Very late in the day to be still deciding on the fundamentals of the project. Could be at least another year away at this rate. This RNS and interview is another holding pattern job. Zephyr still have no clue at all when first gas will be delivered. What a bunch of wasters. The directors are all being well paid for the snails pace nevertheless, so where is the incentive to speed up ? Job for the boys. Davwal, yes I fully agree the silence is defening, and for so long as regards to Paradox progress. CH did say quite clearly that he would provide regular updates, but very little has appeared since. Shows his total lack of technical experience in this type of engineering work. He is a pure finance man (or banker) and this massive lack of understanding in the amount of design and site engineering work involved to get producing from Paradox has embarrassed him as an oil and gas CEO. I am sure he is way out of his depth with the work needed. Planning and preparation for this work should have begun years ago in the form of Front End Design and Engineering identifying long lead equipment delivery times. Shows his total lack of experience in the complexity of Engineering and Construction work involved. Pity really, he sold LTS a good story about, just having to connect into the pipeline. Sounded easy, but it is far from it and time consuming. Enbridge do not help it seems as there's no time penalty on when they have to complete. What a lesson to learn Colin ?

SP now much less than the recent placing price. Better to wait as it will drop further as investors off load to cut their losses. May be worth a gamble at 0.7p again but could drop lower unless good news is provided.

Enbridge's go slow tactics are driving Zephyr into the ground so it will be easy pickings for them. Big company logic, they hold the cards and control the Paradox production until the pips start to squeak. Enbridge's tactics seems to be working and Zephyr's sp is suffering. News tomorrow, but I'm afraid, not what LTS are hoping and praying for. CH needs another solid leg on his stool to keep Zephyr going!

Banbury, consider yourself in CH's shoes. What would you do now if you were him. He wants to cut the best deal possible for Zephyr's financial well being, if he wants to do his job correctly within the company for the shareholders. Or is he thinking of his own financial well being? I'm sure he has plenty of takers for the gas and oil but before he can sign a longer term contract he must "prove the 3 wells performance over the longer term ". This has not been achieved yet with independent back up data over a matter of weeks. This is the first step, to prove long term performance of the wells, before any Paradox development JV or longer term gas and oil deal can be firmed up. Enbridge are obviously in the front seat of all the proving work being conducted so will be fully aware of the performance of the wells first hand. Other interested parties in forming a JV with Zephyr will need to trust any data provided to them by Zephyr. Enbridge will obviously be interested in cutting a big deal if the wells performance over extended well tests is high. But consider if the well testing shows poor long term performance. So Enbridge can be hedging their bets financially through there brokers depending on the outcome of the performance of the wells. Colin knows this and will be keeping tight lipped about any other parties he is dealing with for the JV. Bit of a cat and mouse game playing out. Colin and Enbridge have to keep quiet until all the long term performance facts are known. This will take time, so Colin can deliver the best deal possible for Zephyr's shareholders (hopefully) and not just for himself.

It all depends on longer term well performance being proven and Colin's dedication to his shareholders. It's nothing to do with him being upset, and withholding information as punishment, by what BS is written on this or any other board. IMO.

Quite right Papa. CH has lost control of Zephyr and Enbridge will take it out at a rock bottom price. They hold all the cards to produce oil and gas from Paradox. Russians have the scammed money and it's purely the fault of CH's extremely poor management. Terrible way to run a company, which had so much going for it with Paradox!! Risky, still no names and no interest rates from anyone, and it all must be repaid with large interest and large fat fees some day by Zephyr production. CH has lost control and the shareholders will suffer, he certainly won't or his directors. Yes, we need a good old oilman in charge who can crack the whip to get things moving in the field.
