SW, you had better start buying back the shares you have bet on or borrowed otherwise when the Zephyr sp increases you will lose even more money. You keep trying to stifle the sp increase but you and your team can only do it for so long before the market eventually wins on the unquestionably extremely good news for Zephyr shareholders, you have to admit. Good luck with your buy backs and bets.

DT, maybe you should start to buy back the shares you have borrowed and sold as the sp will not drop to the raise level you were banking on. Oh dear, you win some you lose some. Well done Colin in your strategy, there is a hell of a lot more "proven" oil by other Operators, I understand, in the Williston basin, at a deeper levels. I guess that is what all this RNS is about . Have some empathy Papa, DT along with his moaning mates on the other board are all going to lose a shed lot of money because there will not be a raise !! You have to feel sorry for them? I guess they were betting on a capital raise at about 2 or 2.5p. Not needed now it seems. Oh dear. Keep buying still dirt cheap. Paradox CPR will clarify potential revenue Zephyr are sitting on to enable a rich partner to get involved and I am sure the non operated assets has some deeper hidden assets, yet to be explored and revealed, which today's RNS seems to indicate??

Surprised with the market reaction. Colin will need to get the CPR sorted and issued soon along with the realistic plan of attack for making a decent profit from Paradox with a rich partner!! Soon!!

Note the end balancing share sell at the time of 16.37 - 500k shares sold for £21.5k. Some large holder of shares wanting to get rid of them as soon as possible. They are the ones keeping the sp low. Sooner they have done their disposal at above 4p the better. Hopefully there won't be some other large shareholder wanting to get rid of theirs for above 5p ??? and then 6p and another at 7p....... Every shareholder will have their price to start taking profits!! So it will take time to reach 10p and of course a very good performance by Colin.

£30,000 more share buys today than sells and the SP is dropping. Perverse or what and certainly severe Manipulation going on. MM's must have a client (perhaps AI driven computer) who has a massive holding of 10's of millions of shares to sell/offload as and when the MM's become short of shares and to keep depressing the sp to ensure their books balance at the end of the day and the sp remains static or drops. The shares that are being offloaded are either borrowed by an institution to play the system and buy back later or a large shareholder (directors) who obtained them at a low price or was gifted them through a warranty scheme. Either way, eventually these cheaply obtained shares will run out, if (the company does well in production and profits) share buyers continue to outnumber sellers, and then the sp will obviously increase. It is just a matter of time for Colin to produce the goods (profits for Zephyr or a BO) as he no doubt will.

They will have to start buying back (and stop their short selling) at some point in the near future when the real truth unfolds and they can't hold/depress the SP any more.

Yes davwal, LOGLORRY is one of them that writes absolute drivel on the other board. He must be a paid up shorter. The guy is trying his best to de ramp Zephyr big time. Obviously the guy was betting big on the Zephyr price to drop on a big failure but it hasn't happened and the deranged deramper must be financially hurting massively. Be patient, and when the CPR and development news starts to flow out from Colin along with the gas and oil the SP will take off. Not long now. Steady as she goes! Keep buying at this bargain basement price. Think about selling only when a BO is under consideration.

It certainly isn't zephyr management that is holding back the SP. It is a large spread betting or hedging investment company who are playing the market, to make as much money as they can, by keeping the SP under check and as low as possible. It is a complicated operation which could lose the hedging company millions of pounds if they cannot hold the SP in check as they will need to cover the difference in a high SP from whatever SP They have set the buy back price at. So it is in their interest to keep the SP as low as possible for as long as possible. Contracts for difference are extremely speculative as you can win and lose millions depending on how the SP can rise or fall. With smaller AIM companies like Zephyr it is easy for large spread betting companies to manipulate the SP and thus, control to some extent, how much money they can gain. For many days now there have been far more buys than sells in Zephyr shares but the SP has drifted downwards. How does the MM's balance there books you wonder each day. By magic or with help ?? PI's are just small fries (mugs) who sell at a loss when they can't stand their large losses any longer . Good game. I think the spread betters may lose some money on Zephyr if Colin keeps up the good work and produces the goods?

Following the Proactive interview with Colin all I can say is at the present SP just buy, buy, buy as many as you can whilst the MM's hold the price at current levels, as the flood gates will eventually burst open, and I can see an SP in double figures on issue of the CPR Report and a farm in investor is announced sometime next week!! Be well prepared and maximise your holdings in Zephyr before the SP takes off.

I can understand your impatience after all this time of waiting but it is only now the concept of drilling a commercially viable well in the Paradox field has been proven and delivered by Zephyr so all the other downstream requirements can now, and only now, be designed, ordered and developed. I am sure Colin will now be able to start quickly moving on the money making production and marketing side of things. If a partner is interested (definitely a possibility) I am sure Colin will ensure it will be in the shareholders best interests financially. The concept is now proven so that one massive risk has gone, the minor risk left is for Colin to produce the maximum amount of goods from the Paradox field and sell them to the market and maximise the profit margin - the less risky bit. Once this is explained to the investors and financial return computed the sp will fly. But Colin, we do need to ADVERTISE CLEARLY the financial investment return in plain easy to understand figures to the market otherwise the SP will DRIFT and DRIFT and DRIFT like a ship without an engine. BEWARE. We need a substantial driving force behind the next steps and very clear well explained vision and plans.

Fantastic results up to now from Zephyr. Don't worry about the SP, it's just market makers and spread betting fraternity trying to scare and taking profits and the ignorant PI's selling out.

The news today, IMO, could not really be any better and the artificial drop in SP is the players dipping out to take their profits at the present time. They consider that the SP will now drift down until the next raft of news so they will come back in later and do the same again, take profits i.e. once the overall Capacity of the reservoir is known?? But reading between the lines of what Colin put in the RNS it will be substantially larger than what has been estimated to date. No material drop in bottom well pressure during the tests speaks volumes for the extensive size of the reservoir capacity and more liquids will come through later in the life of the well.

All very very very good news!! This will present Good buying opportunities as things for Zephyr are looking never better for a big buy out in the near future!!

The markets will settle down once the players have finished their profits taking and spread betting and the serious oil and gas investment companies realise what Zephyr has in this massive Paradox field.

Duffs, even if you consider stable production of 2000 boepd for 100 similar wells at $40 a barrel that is nearly $3 billion a year!! You must be joking!! This is seriously big money for a small time oil and gas company. SP will definitely rerate big time when real figures start to be used by the investment analysts.

Colin's favourite day to issue RNS's is Thursday and I would expect that the optimum stable flow rate will be in the order of +5000 boepd. So consider 100 wells operational at around that flow rate. Even at $40 per barrel, it's an unbelievable $20 million per day !!! Wow, you cannot be serious? About $7 billion a year. No, not possible?? Love to see the calculations being drafted by Colin and his team at this point. Staggering or what. The sp would certainly jump if this is even just close to the testing results. Gulp!!

The big clue from Colin in his video, as to how prolific (flow and pressure) the well is that, how far he is having to stand back from the rig to get away from the terrificly loud screaming noise, so you could hear what he is talking about. Need I say more!! This is a bigger and the results of the test are sure to be staggering to say the least. It will be interesting to hear in the RNS on Thursday how many of these wells are going to be drilled and the expected peak production rate from the field and the recoverable reservoir capacity. Still dirt cheap sp.

Steady as she goes!! All sounds and looks very positive for next week's RNS whic will announce the results of the tests and next stages of developments for the Paradox field. Shareholders, the ride is about to take off, so fasten your seats belts!!

Two significantly large 620,000 share purchases this morning at about 4.79p, late being shown on the records. Must have taken some time to fill the buyers required quantity. Strange sp has since dropped!! Certainly some strong management of sp which will show up later I expect.
