Going up on the back of the latest report by Young &Co I suspect. What a positive note they strike...... "The pub is still the go-to place in Britain for drinking and eating out and, while much has been written about the challenges facing the pub industry, we believe that providing customers with well-invested pubs, a quality offer and outstanding customer service is key to our success." GNK please note!

Bought in here a few months ago in what looked a good opportunity but since then it has bombed. But getting excited now as we near year end and hoping for some good figures. I'm optimistic!

Well said Elvis. JDW and others in this business did not seem to have a problem with the weather or lack of major footie tournaments. Also, what has happened to the "poor pound/ euro rates that were going to give a lift to these businesses due to staycations" It all borrocks.............but still hoping for some luck and an increase n this sp soon.

So, are you saying that if the company starts to perform badly it will not affect the SP? Of course the price of cu greatly affects the SP but with impressive performances that this company is producing you would normally expect it have some impact! That impact was clearly yesterday, the price of cu has been relatively static for a few days.

As I've mentioned before, I live in GK country, drink their beer and admire the business. BUT, the BOD's public utterances are in my opinion, so negative, as to negate any positive advances this SP seems to make recently and so at the earliest opportunity, I'm out. Good dividends and good annual figures outweighed by negative comments!

As I said, this share can be pants at times..........this time it was probably Rooney Annand pharting haha

Encouraging words stockplay BUT.......I live I GK country, drink their beer and bought shares last November. It's one of the most frustrating shares I have, up and down all the time and it doesnt help when the chairman insists on talking about challenging times ahead......consistently in my opinion. Hmmmm
