denby69, its one large divvy a year, high-yielding Trusts will buy before the ex-date and cash-in after, this gives them a good divvy over a few days instead of a year. Repeat this with other stock and they boost their income while losing capital. The shareprice is exaggerated by this flow of cash. That said, this is a large drop so EZY needs looking at although a loss for the winter season is normal for them. The divvy is dependent on results and though not announced yet, it must worry some(including me).
