Precisely right. The only reason why I'm still invested is because the BoD have supported the company so well, virtually untested of on aim, BoD loaning money to protect their own + sh investments. For me that supercedes the failings in securing the necessary revenues thus far. One contract really could change everything.

Look after your own pf, buy low, set your targets and sell. If you've researched and are happy with the risk, It doesn't matter what other say or do!

Everything there is potential. Problem is, the revenues and SaaS isn't enough, as after all that , they made a loss $1mln+ and the company needed a loan from the directors to survive. So the truth is, you're buying a loss making company.

Over the past 3 years since Bosch, there's with various tests and case studies. what has actually been produced? What has been added to the bottom line? The only $1mln+ deal was transacted Jan 2019, that's a long time....

Whilst having market leading products, why is the above true? So, if we're being honest about the £3mln mcap, the above is the cold hard reasons why. The above is why we're valued at what we are, there is no ignoring the past performances, they could have been better

But.... That could easily turn, of course it could. There is a reason why the BoD are pumping money into the company. That gives me faith, faith that something is going on that buoys me. I was accused of being a deramper when I questioned the government loan, but I just asked the right questions, rather than following the herd blindly. I am also hopeful of a turnaround because I've asked more questions and I am very pleased with the answers

Prof is in the pudding now imo. We've been called higher based on trials etc. But nothing significant other than the African deal (that adds to the bottom line), since January 2019. So, people want to see now. Potential for lokies, but let's see the cash rolling in and the products rolling out. They've had enough time. I hold faith that they will deliver.......

For the scenario of going bust... Let's look at that. They have just had director loans recently, plus a credit facility of $1mln. So for that to happen, they would have to draw entirely on that facility for monthly expenditures, without sales. Even then, going bust would be 12 months away. Ergo, free hit for 12 months

Yes, right now, it's very limited downside. This year is a totally free hit, very rare on aim. Risk Vs reward definitely on our side. Igor was very clear, the loan facility is for "deals", this is all we have needed for two years. One or two decent deals, a lokies $2mln for example. Should see is up to £10mln mcap. 3 years with Bosch and very little to the bottom line, as you said, something from them too?

I've just had some correspondence from the company. one thing I want to clarify was, the problem we have previously was, the credit facility was not able to be utilised in the African deal because of the regional risk. There are no such stipulations with this credit facility for African deals, and will provide enough head room for other deals.

With this credit facility however, I'm more inclined to look forward, rather than back. But we are where we are. I certainly don't mind being wrong on this one. If it's Bosch - great. Only hardware though, no SaaS payments. So I'd prefer Russia. But looking for any deal that says - we're serious and profitable

For me..... They haven't sealed what they should have in the past two years - I still stand by that, whether people agree or not, that's their opinion. They have had the tech, but not the orders. With that, cash was always going to be an issue. So as we write, they are still losing £1mln per year, net. But.... The BoD backed the company - why? A bank has backed the company - why? Well... I'm hoping that this year, they have something special. I'm not talking a 200k deal. I'm talking something that substantiates a much higher mcap. My thoughts are, it's going to come from Russia.

Words of note, I bothered to contact that bod to find out how the gvmt loan works work, I got called a deramper for saying it was only based on Israeli income of the business and wouldn't be as much as that. Others unfortunately just banded around that $550k would be given without proper research. Anyone who questioned had the agenda, makes you think eh.......

Just had a quick read through the accounts that were published. There's good and bad in there as you might expect, one thing I did note was... The inventory levels are as high as they have ever been. But should a biggish order arrive, it looks like they would have the stock to fulfill it, or even readying for an order.

Hi IG, I've been in many shares that you've been invested in over the years. I certainly respect the technicals that you offer, I understand your reasons (and you're right about the 100% positive) etc. Personally, I think that we're okay in the immediate because of the BoD loans. So for me, the government loan must be due, so I am assuming that will come with a business update of how the proceeds are to be used. That's the logical time to review in my opinion, as that's when something fundamentally changes for the better or worse
