It's no secret - there have been tr1 announcements all last year regarding the sell down of their position.

Wth are you on about you melt. The time shows clearly as 1600 yet was printed today. It's a worked sell, hence the drop.

Old Occam would tell you, look at the obvious. Stop trying to make the narrative fit your (incorrect) position.

You have to ask why Bassi would merge the two, what benefit? If it was US listed maybe.

The other issue of course is the current overhang - hadron still have iirc 80m of these to sell. Even with good news it's likely any rise will be sold into very quickly.

Far more likely a sell, seeing as the price was dropping prior.

The worry on these minnows is always that you sell and they announce a game changing product the day after!

..many of mine today. the near 2m trade is mine, quite a loss from the accumulation I picked up last year.

I still hold a chuck - the lack of progress, the lack of cash have me doubting whether this is a going concern any more. Theres not a lot for shareholders here. I get the Vulcan purchase however that's a mature product, we have an idea at the mo.

And the Polyswarm collab will not happen - Any listing will be Nasdaq led.

Sigh.

What decision from Klarian? They loaned them some money, they may or may not have a percentage of the company. That is still illiquid and unable to monetise.

The company had no cash and was effectively bust without this. So as the "employees" need paying, all 4 of them, where do you think this cash is going?

So that begs the question, how are they gonna add value for shareholders with zero cash? Answers on a postcard to "lifestylecompaniesRUS".

I"m still awaiting someone to tell me what this company does. Or what we might see from them this year which will drive the share price up. Outside of "it's gonna blow" I've seen nothing.

What news are you expecting like? They can't raise down here, and they don't sell anything.

A small set of buys and the ramp starts up again. Expected as it hit a low.

Still can't sell for a profit though...at this point hasn't yet beat the spread. But dont let that stop the ramp.

i know the previous and current directors. i know their previous 2 incarnations and how those turned out (busted). i know that they haven't a pot to **** in and no products.
