I'm quite the newcomer to LSE but have to say it's hilarious! It's like a parody. A few chancers all talking their book on bombed out shares as though they know something of the sector, suddenly "discovering" a share like it's just appeared out of nowhere and telling the world (well, the 4 people on the thread) that it's gonna make them riches. Then the usual parade of similar aliases popping out of the woodwork and saying similar.

Hilarious! Let's see where these aliases are in a week eh? I'll assume it's the same as CTAI, INDU last year and others I've watched the idiocrats ramping on here and advfn.

That video was on here last year. It was a visit by S Bassi to hnw and institutional investors.

How did that go? Well we saw no notifiable interest and the share price dropped by circa 60% in the following months.

Can you answer me the questions I've asked on lse and here please - the main one being what are these contracts that narf are signing "hand over fist"?

Don't worry all, he"ll have flogged next week - either he'll shoot his stuff if they spike on the ramp, or they drop and he sells at a loss and moves on to the next limp stock.

On the positive side, we could see some noise of JV or commercial venture with a player who want to invest in narfs proprietary tech, however we've seen no evidence that this is happening to any timescale given by the company.

And yet they were on over 3% and we see no notification. Could be delayed of course, however it could also be someone else selling.

Or other type of funding. Remember they aren't a startup with prospects any more, they have a viable product and on the very cusp of profitability. Even a placing could be at a premium or a bigger player could take a stake

Erm, with less than. 50% locked with major holders and no evidence Hadron have finished offloading, you still have a potential overhang and a free float of circa 800 million shares in the hands of traders!

Try and get your story straight. Meanwhile if you can't post a simple screenshot then we can all assume you are full of it and talking your own shop.

Remember, penny stocks like these rely on the greater fool theory more than any others. Don't be the bigger fool.

What we have here is sam/Kubera who has bought a few hundred quids worth and will be offloading them as soon as any rise happens. Meanwhile you'll see multiple posts, mainly with no facts / stuff that's already been posted / irrelevant to try and entice urgency to buy.

This share is currently a traders toy until further news is released and that's how I will be treating it. I bought 1.2m yesterday am before lunchtime as you could see the ramp was coming, selling automatically near the end of the day - you can see 3 peaks - 2 of the drops there caused by my sells.

I'll always document when I buy and sell, usually on advfn as I'm transparent, factual and not here to mislead people. Ask the same question if other posters and you will find they are empty vessels who can't answer simple questions on balance sheet etc.

Darpa often have various companies working on research projects - the current award has gone to at least 4.

Not really. But yes my last post came across as very negative!

To point out the opportunity here:

- embedded in the US government already, with a long history of partnerships

- the share is off most people's radars hence will move quickly if any JV announcement comes

- potential for further contracts currently unpublished (due to the nature of such sensitive contracts).

- if S Bassi stays the course then there's quite the tie up of shares with instis

- Hadron look to be out or have finished selling, hence how this can move up quickly.

And if I change my tune, then that's the nature of the stock market. I'm not perma bear or bull, hence can stay nimble. The days of holding on for dear life (like I did on the way up here) are gone.

I see a smorgasbord of posts here and on advfn today. Maybe somone can tell me what's coming next to justify an enterprise value of circa 25m (which is what 2p will equate to).

This year have a £2.2m of the new Darpa contract, which won't come in 'til the back end. So no cash for anything else until then - directors and staff will be running on hopes and dreams.

USSAM website shows that all previous contract are sunsetted with the US Government, with some in the end stages but no cash due. Meanwhile revenue realised in Dec 2024 results wasn't enough to keep the lights on and the CEO had to put his hand in his pocket to pay the bills. Can someone let me know what these "Other contracts" are that are coming their way, becuase I can't see anything. Remember "Early 2025" is usally classed as Q1, 2 weeks away and that is all that is left to announce a partner. Also bear in mind results last time crawled in on the last day of the year with the company having the back end of bugger all to announce and entering terminal territory.

Questions - where is the money going to come from for any commercialisation of social cyber? I doubt would pass any decent sized company due diligence for such a venture without some guarantees on the assets. What happens if S Bassi decides to walk away and cut his losses / falls under a bus / Musk comes along and cuts the cord? There's an awful lot of SPOF with S Bassi. Yes he owns a lot of the company but it would be just as easy for him to call his debts and take the IP.

I'd expect any announcement of a venture to be announced with a raise. So the chances of dilution are out there even with the billions of shares already available. SO more corporate risk.

Enjoy the rise, however it's currently on hot air and noise.
