Holding as like many little choice now as nearly 80% down and so regret not selling at 43p a few years ago back in the days when we actually had regular updates from our CEO. I remember an interview from RY about 2 years ago when he said we were entering a more "boring" phase where they would be busy on the figures etc. and there would be less to report. Well he has certainly been true to his word with this but the continual lack of any real news and missed deadlines means he has lost credibilty with many. C'mon RY I always liked the cut of your gib throw us very long standing loyal shareholders a bone!

I too struggle to understand why we are languishing at current levels. I know some had concerns about the j.v. but the potential is enormous and there have been nothing but positive RNS's for literally years now. The only reason I can think of for continued stagnation is I have bought more! ?ah well I will keep holding and waiting.

Currently still 91% down here thanks to believing Jan Nelson"s downright lies a few years ago and trying to average down something I will never do again albeit I was tempted to do so her a few months ago and kind of regret not doing so. Fortunately currently 4581% up in EUA but holding on until the buy out! Good luck all invested here hoping to yet recover some more of the paper losses.

Could not sleep so thought I would have a quick look at recent comments on the board as often have a soporific impact! I see DLA Piper have recently been voted top M & A legal firm for the 11th successive year. They have now been working on sale process for EUA for app 4 months and I am sure do not come cheap. Nobody other than a few in the company, their advisors and the potential buyers know for sure what stage things are at but logic continues to point towards something big and whilst like some I could do with this being soon I won't be parting with 1 share until the deal is confirmed. Can you put me down for 1st Feb Ian as it is the day my redundacy starts! Right back to dreams of riches to come!

Unexpected news yesterday that I am being made redundant a nice Christmas present.! Be nice to get the one we are all hoping for soon. No more shares for me afterwads, just hopefully a long retirement.

A question that may have been answered before and I missed amongst all the bot fly tosh. If when the sale is announced soon it is say 50% cash and 50% shares in the company buying us does anybody know how this is likely to impact our share price until the sale goes through. Appreciate it will rise past the cash part but with the share price of the other company fluctuating what normally happens in relation to this. I suppose it depends on who this company is but just wondered if any of you have been in this position before and knew what could happen.

Many years ago I bought into two Russian companies EUA and AMC. Should have sold AMC at 40p and come back in later but I was learning at that stage. Having said that no way I am selling EUA until the RNS either and then will buy more AMC and wait patently again so selfishly hoping price stays low for now until I can buy more. Door good luck all.

Decided to set up both my sons with ISAS took days but £2k each now in and EUA bought. Hopefully a nice introduction to AIM dealing! Meanwhile we patiently await news. ????

Been a strange week so far not what was expected after flanks final licence approval. Read the RNS again then went back and reread those referred to in December. I remain totally relaxed its just huge and its hard to comprehend pulling together an offer that willl hit the mustard but it will be done. And it will be fantastic news. Have a great weekend all

You are of course right and I totally respect you and Ian's comments over many months on this board and Tilly's humour when the botflys arrive. I was just having some fun with 7 inch nail (sorry lost another inch as still no reply) but I will get to bed now and dream of what we know the truth is and my forthcoming retirement plans. :-)

In one of your many idiotic posts you say the directors are sitting on a PAPER profit of 4 gizzillion percent. Being the obviously super intelligent investor that you are when will they then turn this into actual cash given they are ripping off all us investors of lesser intellect. Think I will ignore board for a while and the share price nothing has changed we just need to wait on the news and ignore the noise. I have to confess I did have a wobble a few weeks ago and posters like Ian and co's positivity helps when there is not much you can do but wait. Being a pessimist I sold 100k to get my initial purchase cost back just in case which does not look too smart now but still have 400k worth so could make a huge difference to me and my family when sale goes through. Just need Amur my other big play to come to life and still tempted to average down a but their when this comes off but that will be me done with AIM after 10 years waiting for a success. I bought into this many years ago on the strength of some due diligence following reading some posts on the Amur board by a very positive poster Wand Grabbit but have not seen a post from him for a long time. Anyone know if he is still around he is due my profound thanks!

Thanks for clarifying so has any P.I. made money on a British company whose business was based solely in Russia then? I only ask as in a few more days if we delist I wont be able to on this board! Not that it really matters anyway as none of us can do anything about it but wait and see what transpires good or bad!

I am certainly not a deramper and trying to stay positive but I am now very concerned with time ticking down until we delist and the implications of why and what then could happen. Having just finished reading a book called From Russia With Blood which tells how many oligarchs and dissidents were murdered in the UK and how corrupt business was I hope this is no longer the case! Has any P.I on this board previously made money from a Russian company? If this one goes wrong serious questions need to be asked but they've been asked before and it achieves diddly squat. Hope I am just panicking and it all comes good.
