If the spread were not that high I would buy some at this price. Its the only thing that is putting me off. Shame. I would be of the opinion that most investors would not vote for a delisting as they saw the drop in expectation of a rise by rejecting it..Seems logical. Of course it would not solve the problem of the real issues but would make a small rise and worth the ride ( a temporary one at least ).... However the spread prevents it.. You may yet see a small bounce but an unprofitable one if at all.. ..Just watching and learning from the sidelines..Sometimes its the best place to be...

These shares are not of 0 value. Your statement is therfore contradictory. They are taking them. They are obliged to as that is their job. By the way they make their bread and butter from the spread and as you will see that covers them from any real losses. They do not really carry many onto their books to prevent what you say are losses. For every buyer there is a matched seller give or take a bit. The buying and selling are approximately even..In conclusions they are worth what they are no more and no less. The market maker determines the price it is up to you to agree with him/her or not..... good luck if you think they are worth more buy.....hp

I have not said: these shares are worthless. If they do delist they will be a lot harder to trade but the lowering of the price accounts for that...I am not sure what value will be attached to them. I think if the management saw value in them they would have taken them private. I am not sure where they will go. I have just said they are not for the feinthearted. I was trying to mention that before they opened yesterday and you were saying on the vog board they would be 6 pence by the end of the week. If you had not posted your prediction I would not have been here getting an education..I have said that you have won my respect. It looks as if you have been foolish, however you may yet prove to be right, I just cannot see it, but am willing to be converted....good luck hp..

Well it may always have a turn around at this level, I do not know. I like the low capitalisation. The chart is amazing if you look over the year. I do not know what can turn it around though. I am wondering why the management do not just take it private. Unless it has liabilities they do not know of.. Interesting to watch from the sidelines. Could be a lesson in it and an education....hp

If this company cannot afford the price of listing it does not deserve to be in business. If someone wants to invest in a company which is obviously having trouble in making certain payments and has to make these kinds of decisions then good luck to them...Not sure if you should have told everyone on vog they are going to double this week.. Certainly not for the faint hearted. Have to admit you got passion. You got my respect. "faint heart ne'er won fair lady"....hp

It was mentioned that there was an over reaction to the suggestion of relisting and it was overdone. However is the share price drop because of news of delisting or the fact that the company cannot afford the listing and therefor some doubts may be arising to the situation of the company if it cannot afford such a fee. The share price seems low enough though not sure if it will go down more or not. hp

If someone bought these shares 1 year ago and left them to lying around in here I think life would be looking very bright at the moment. It looks to me you have almost tripled your money... 1 pence one year ago! Only problem I see is here at the moment some people are selling but really if your investing properly you should not be looking at the day to day movement of the share price....

Skyhigh. If you are patient I can see these shares giving you a good return. None of these 100-300% daily jumps. However if you willing to put these away, I see no reason at all whey you cannot double this price to double in approximately a year or at most two. I think if people expect more it is unreasonable and are expecting too much. Best to let things move at there own pace and in their own time. I do not think things are as dire as you feel or think.

No I guess it does not move. I have had it for years. It is one of those where you put it away, come back years later and see that it has doubled. It not a stock which trades a lot. This type of thing has a place in a broad portfolio and certainly not something which is traded by people in lse. There is a reason I am in. It is not about money it is about having a stake in the company if you know what I mean. If you want a stock that moves tray pxs or any other of the highest raisers of the day... Good Luck.....hp

Are they going to pay one? Never got one from them yet. I can only hope. Not read anything that they are going to start. The movement here is regards to the value in there assets is far higher than the asset value of the company. Hopefully they are going to start to pay a dividend, I will check further.

Looks like this is a skinking ship. The graphs shows a strong downward cycle.

pintofhsb. I am not up on the financials. Of course there is going to have to be some debt for equity swap. I do not have those details. However this company is in the opinion of some, close to being insolvent. Good luck on your investment. Speculative.

usmcgs. Interesting term of words. The mojority of those who fall in love eventually fall out of it. Enjoy this only as long as it lasts. In my view anything further than this is unsustainable. Could be wrong but occasionally right. Personally I think thats it for now.

Thank you for your opinion finlay. However I was writing to jule. In my post I was asking her to recall one I made on the 5th November next to hers. Obviously that time has past so no real value in repeating it. Hopefully we can learn from past mistakes. The post I made deserves to be pointed out, and investors reminded that "you were warned". The call I and others made was correct. It went ignored. I had no reply to my post then and neither do I have one now. One fact. I get neither pleasure nor bitterness from it...HP

Technically you only lost half. However what a choice! You got to have a hundered percent rise to get your money back. Not for everyone. Consider that poor person last week who bought at 4 pence he/she can sell at 1pence. In that case they only lost 75% of their money. Seems to me it is easier to loose than it is to gain.

I have visited this site quite often. I think anyone here would have or should have remembered that. I never once had a reponse from anyone one of that I am aware. I was hinting at the above on each occasion. Yes your right jule. You will get anything back! You were warned. Perhaps there is a lesson in all of this. Like all lessons, they can be quite painful.
