I should have said the value of your holding would be worth 80% LESS if you sold. By the way. Just because they are delisted do not mean they are worthless. You just have to trade them in a different market. However there are strong indications that the company could go either into admistration or recivership which could mean the shares become worthless. It was always a possiblity, it has just become probable.

On the board the percentage loss or gain is close to meaningless. It is just playing around with the spread thats all. Basically 100% guaranteed this is not for trading......at all.

Lets put it this way. As soon as you buy due to the spread. (give or take a bit) as I speak you will have lost 80% or your money (I should say the value of your holding would be worth 80% if you sold) Things like this happen when companies are about to go under. When things are on a knife edge. Will it won't it senario. Market makers do not want to b eleft with shares which can be worthless. This is a case in point.....hp

At the moment selling price is .36 to buy is .50 the difference is about 60% or there about. It does depend on how much one buys and sells and it is variable. It covers the risk for the market maker. Very similar to what the bookies do. It is hard to price so they cover themselves...You cannot really trade it at this level....hp

It looks like you could be clueless then? The company will be quite healthy if it comes out of a prepacked administration. The company will have value. However it does look like the shares will be worthless. For some time they would have had some value even though it delisted. Could have tradeded on the unlisted securities market. However as the shareholders who are last on the pecking order will have nothing hense the selling to get back a token amount of your investment. Lucky I did not buy.......

Price has been going up as predicted. Will go further. Desirable assets with a line of buyers making offers. Will not be selling for anything under £1.20. Will stay to the end and allow the company to be taken over by the highest bidder. Do not sell if you are in posession of any of these shares....Check past predictions.....hp

On the 26th september 2009 I posted that the company was worth in the region of £24 million. At the time the company was valued at £18. Million. For the record todays rise confirms what I stated then, the company was under valued. This has now been recognised and taken into account and my target has been reached. As a 20%stake holder of SIS the largest uploader and downloader of satelite broadcasting this company has put itself up for sale. There are a line of companies who have shown an eager interest in catalyst media and the stake in SIS in particular. For this reason I have repeated my £1.00 plus estimate. However due to the interest shown and the importance of this valuable stake the value the company has increased in excess of £30 million plus. However this yet again undervalues the company further to the tune of another £6 Million. In conclusion the share price has still got 20-30% to rise.....hp

At 1 pence or thereabouts it is not a bad price. Trouble is the spread would not make it worth the while. It would have to go up by 60%-70% (100% according to the above)to get your money back. Worth a quick dabble at this price. Anyone think they are worth 6 pence? Might go up again on Monday not sure by how much certainly not by that figure...hp..

If it delists you would not be offered a sum. However you can still trade shares over the counter. Its a different market. Never done it myself. Its strickly on a matched basis. If you were to sell them some one would have to buy them, therfore harder to trade. I think you have no market maker as such guaranteeing you a price...I am no expert and you may find better infromation else where. Oh look a little movement and the spread has dropped...
