WICH is be in the same business and going through a similar rekoning strateigic review and I was wondering as there has been abit of recovery here that perhaps there might be a similar lift in another bombed out share as this has been. It was mentioned to me by redmane on the LDP board...He likes seeking takeover candidates. Any opinions?What do you think time2buy or anyone? hp

something for time2buy he is interested in property of this type as he is another will point it out to him. There is a bit of movement in this sector. Zara might even like a bit of this...... will keep my close eye on this one.....

That information could come later or perhaps never. If I were to make a guess I would bank on a reverse take over of some kind. However the assets are far to high. It got the same market cap as LDP but without the 20 -30 million Turnover, the 133 million in assets and the possible 800 million dollar of oil in the ground...Beats me why this goes up....What is in store for LDP when it hits home??

has no assets to speak of. You would all be better off and seek real assets real earnings, and toboot something which is a takeover target such as LDP. 1800 boepd 20 million in turnover has put itself up for sale...Value at the moment 15 Million.

Have not seen a 4 pence buy on this for some time....Never bought myself but been watching for some time. Did not like the close to 100% spreads...it has come down a bit....Looks like it is out of the doldrums....

3 year chart of GAS from 11 pence to 1 pence. Prety dire....It has receive a very supportive offer of cash in the form of convertables. With that it will not be able to do much with that. LDP has the same in cash. 100 times the assets of GAS yes it has loans....the bank wants it back yes! However here is the thing...GAS had up to now no income. LDP previously 33 million this year reported 20 million. Do you see the difference? Huge isn't it? Yet the capitalisations are the same....forget the past look at the future....that means potential...If a bidder or a new bank comes in I hope it will make a jumpe similar to the one gas had today..I think it is only reasonable.......

1,058,401 of net current assets and capitalisaation of ......12 million.....LDP the same capitalisation but x 100 the value of assets...nil income to talk about compared to ldp of 20 - 30 million. Wait for the jump in LDP when its values are realised.....
