I'm not a prolific poster in here but I do read the posts every day. I like many of the shareholders am extremely disappointed with how the SP is constantly dropping and my sentiments are shared with all. We get major buys on occasions and the price drops?, we get infrequent RNS's and the price drops? the price of oil increases and our SP drops again? My investment is almost 50% down in value now and I would be foolish to sell at this time. Now I'm hopeful that SS actually reads these posts and realises that the people who are funding his company are somewhat p****d off with the performance of the SP and responds in a positive manner. How much longer are the tests being conducted at HH and what's causing the delay with the new drilling rig?
Down over 48% on my investment today and lost my car last night due to some toe-rag setting fire to it on my drive.
No car, can't get to work so no more money coming in and these shares dropping like a ton of bricks. grrrrrrrr.
Halfway through reading war & peace, full time job working 12hrs a day. Planning next holiday, redecorating house. A planning application is last on my bucket list so I do apologise for not reading it. But big thanks for your informative reply. G.L.A and keep holding.
Do we have any updates on the progress of the production license?
I'm reading the comments on here every day and I am also very perplexed at the SP given that we are producing oil, we have other plays in progress and further good news (IMOP) of future plays on the IOW.
Most days I feel as though I'm being financially raped, but I'm sticking to the long term plan. Let's hope the SP picks up soon and we enjoy a good 2019. I don't post very often so I will talk this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.
I've been decorating, turned on the PC and saw the drop. Topped up yesterday, should have held out for 24hrs. S##T happens!! No more funds left to buy in at this price, out of work and unemployed at the moment (hence the decorating) back to work on Monday though. Almost at 1mill shares, could do with some upward movement on these and other shares I've got. GLA.
I'm not sure if this has been posted on here yet but here's a news article from the BBC. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-north-east-orkney-shetland-46137555?intlink_from_url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/topics/cx1m7zg0g25t/oil-gas-industry&link_location=live-reporting-story
Quite interesting and could be of importance to UKOG's efforts.
What Causes Stock Prices to Change?
Stock prices change everyday by market forces. By this we mean that share prices change because of supply and demand. If more people want to buy a stock (demand) than sell it (supply), then the price moves up. Conversely, if more people wanted to sell a stock than buy it, there would be greater supply than demand, and the price would fall.

Maybe they have got this wrong? I've been watching the SP all day and hardly any change despite lots of buys v few sells.
Now Kimmeridge is been worked on, I wonder how long it will be before the protesters hit that site?
Most likely a fact of life now that someone will object to anything regarding progress. It's about time these people realise the benefits to society of oil based products. Plastics are essential to us now and without them we'd be back in Victorian times.
These protesters too have products they rely upon made from plastics such as computing equipment, or how else would one of the main protesters - Jacqui Hamlin have a facebook account?

Reading it just confirms she is a serial protester who is against just about anything.
Guess there's a message in here for all who a hoping.

I still regard myself as fairly new to investing and have researched why SP's go up or down. Google says the more shares bought the higher the price. That said, another investment of mine has just dropped, despite a late buy of nearly £1.5M??? Why would this be?
Share price dropped from 36p to 35p
16:35 - 31/08 Buy 4067074 36.00p £1,464,146.64
You may have noticed that I don't post very often but I've been reading all the posts on here for weeks now. Got a small amount invested and would be lying if I didn't feel a little exited about the SP heading in the right direction. Got it slightly wrong about 88E so hoping this venture is productive.
