George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
All voting for the proposals finished at 9am UK time. The counting should prove positive.
Will anything else come out Tues April 9th?

Good find Troajan
Gives a positive vibe to 2024. Particularly because Ilan Tevet , is the guy, speaking and being recorded
Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) vice president of marketing and business development Ilan Tevet shares the company's promising business outlook for 2024 and beyond based on current customer engagements.
Tevet told Proactive's Stephen Gunnion Ethernity is in advanced discussions with two Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, testing the Universal Edge Platform 2025 (UEP2025) platform for launching solutions targeting distinct markets: a 25 Gigabit Ethernet Carrier Ethernet switch for business services and a similar switch with bonding capability for the wireless backhaul market. These engagements are anticipated to significantly enhance Ethernity's revenue in 2024, showcasing a remarkable growth trajectory.
Tevet said the increasing demand for high-capacity Carrier Ethernet Access switches is driven by the widespread adoption of cloud services and the surge in video conferencing and AI applications, which intensify bandwidth usage. Furthermore, the wireless backhaul market is expanding to accommodate the escalating data consumption by smartphones, with a forecasted CAGR of 37% through 2027. Ethernity addresses the challenges of environmental sensitivity in wireless link capacity through its patented bonding technology, enabling optimal service delivery by aggregating multiple wireless links.
He said Ethernity also offers versatile business models to meet OEM customer needs, including system sales for rapid revenue generation, a licensing model for custom integration, and the development of an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
Nice work this morning.
Thanks for the IC analyst thoughts however I see no reasoning as to why the person comes up with his figure to rise to.
Yes I do see the SP rising but unsure what up to at this stage.
Looking forward to further thoughts from yourself, Reserved.
Reserved........ "the very positive view of the analyst referred to at Investors' Chronicle"
Was that a verbal contact or an article ?
Do you have a link, to possibly share?
Welcome to the group
Some cracking research going, in this group, in order to help people understand the work of ENET imo
April 9th is a week today for EGM and the nod to the appointments and the incentive options.
Fortunately, and thanks to recent technological advancements, more state broadband offices are now considering a hybrid approach to delivering broadband to their unserved and underserved. A hybrid approach acknowledges that fiber is the gold standard where possible, but also that it is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Where cost and implementation time are the reasons wired infrastructure does not already exist — as is the case for the majority of unserved and underserved locations across the U.S. — a hybrid approach leverages more cost-effective, quickly-scalable technologies.
.....a hybrid approach will allow carriers across the country to strike the perfect balance.

and also remembering Ilan Tevet's (ENET NED) post and the excitement of the HYYBRID MODEL
Attending the WISPA Conference recently, I witnessed a significant shift in rural broadband. The US government's $42 billion BEAD program is driving a hybrid approach, leveraging both fiber optic and fixed wireless in a way that maximizes bandwidth, future-proofs infrastructure, and builds on the existing strengths of both technologies.
Ethernity Networks, with expertise in xPON and Carrier Ethernet, is well-positioned to support this transition through its global partners. This collaboration between technology providers and ISPs will accelerate high-speed internet access in underserved areas. Check out the link in the comments below to learn more about the BEAD program.

Certainly a project to break into India but looking for 200 employees over the next 18 months. There is demand for additional spectrum and with 6GHz Tarana has a chance to get its foot in the door of a very large population base.

Tarana Strengthens Presence in India, Inaugurates New Pune Office and Looks to Double Workforce
The company spearheading next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA) broadband plans to invest more than $40M in India over the next few years.

We are very excited to announce that Crowsnest Broadband LLC is now live with #ngfwa Tarana Wireless, Inc. G1 in 6ghz! This new spectrum has recently been made available to #fixedwireless operators by the Federal Communications Commission and is automatically coordinated using the "AFC" process! Below are some recent test results showing this product easily capable of gigabit speeds! This particular test was 3 miles away from the tower and going through some trees! This is absolutely game changing for closing the digital divide and goes to show the power of unlicensed fixed wireless! This can be deployed "overnight" and requires no pole attachment, no make ready, no boring, no permits and is "hundreds" of dollars per passing instead of "thousands" of dollars per passing! Don't sleep on fixed wireless access! #fwa #ngfwa #bridgingthedigitaldivide #ruralbroadband #wewontstop #gigabit #6ghz #afc National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) WISPA Jeff Moore

Nice post Tricky, which highlights the importance that these TWO NEDS will bring to the ENET table. Their influence will be something different to what the team compared to what they had latterly. Tarana are on a high growth and global strategy which will continue to increase via the Roadshows that they attend. Partnerships with new vendors are being forged and the increased uptake of TARANA G! units, which utilise ENET technology will increase the revenue of ENET. I think that DL has had a masterstroke moments getting these NEDS on the ENET Team. Ilan and Julie have high level marketing skills, have contacts, are knowledgeable and are highly respected business people.
Putting a face to a name and an ENET NED (to be), She is an important cog and highly respected
Light Reading caught up with Julie Kunstler, chief analyst for Omdia, at the OFC Conference to discuss how advances in PON technology are reducing power consumption while increasing bandwidth. Kunstler also provided an update on the progress of Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) program funding distribution at the state level, and why some countries such as Germany are lagging behind in FTTH deployments.

Buying proved the winner today despite the attempts of some to pull the wool over people's eyes and drag it down.
A week on Tuesday is the EGM and the 1.5p options. These are incentives for employees. I am expecting a Trading Update, as a follow up to the Business Plan, today. That was done now to provide the seeds to germinate before the Trading Update.
The SP will rise further from the low prices to date and BOD will enter Into the Options range.
Moving up to 0.73p is the start.
Have a good weekend.
I am still here and will remain here
In Andy Butler, LTH's believe.
That it folks
QED
Will this be done before the the external BOD appointments are officially made?
AND
Will it be before the 1.5p incentive options come into play ?
The date for the memory bank is APRIL 9th 2024.
I certainly agree that DL has to RNS about sales/contracts to improve the AIM market sentiment. When they where in TSP trouble DL was active with his RNS s but has gone to bed somewhat . This could be a good thing I hope.
Since my last post it good to see people voicing opinions and thoughts.
Keep it up.
It's pleasing to come here, read and see interest.
