Payment of the creditors is assured just as the Jan 21st RNS stated and I suspect today's RNS will generate another RNS when the payment of $400 is forwarded to the Settlement Manager's Bank Account.

ASIC OEM involvement is now a step nearer.

The 5 year plan is a step nearer.

5m buy at 0.070p and 4 seconds later sell the 5m at 0.071p ....looking for a quick buck or what!!

The 0.066p was a genuine sell

Followed by a genuine 0.069p buy.

Currently 7 trades and will all be buys

Yesterday the 0.007p trades were buys and not sells....Fact

This morning a tester buy at 0.007p has gone down as a sell but it wasn't cos I know....FACT

To buy on ii is 0.007p and to sell is 0.0071p...FACT

Been in similar positions, with other shares, and down in this one .

However,

I have more room to be optimistic than yourself.

"DURING the first quarter of 2025"....that's within 16 trading days including Mon March 31st , the end of the first quarter 2025.

The company will have had to provide assurances to negotiate this extension to the payment, to the Settlement Manager's bank account.

It could be anytime soon.

Ethernity Networks Limited (AIM: ENET.L) (OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances, is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement of 5 February 2024 regarding the court approval of the creditor settlement plan (the "Creditor Settlement Plan"), the remaining balance under the Creditor Settlement Plan, of approximately USD 400,000, will be distributed to the settlement manager's bank account during the first quarter of 2025 (the "Distribution"). Upon completion of the Distribution, the Company will end its liability under the Creditor Settlement Plan, which will allow the Company to improve access to external credit financing resources to support its operations.

The reality is no one knows who went or what was said

It could have been just a meeting with Peterhouse, for all is known.

It was a non funding meeting organised by Peterhouse.

No details have come from it other than introductions and presentation of the 5 year plan.

I will give you your due in that you are are a regular but as for some of the new turn ups then they often do write rubbish, as I see it. There are a number who have been reported and removed because of the worthless nature of their posts and in particular just recently.

You do write in a coherent way and I understand your knocking.

As a shareholder it is tough sometimes but that is no different to many companies that I follow. DL has hurt the LTH for sure.

Half glass full approach from me, but you know that.

Please check your figures for the number of shares in circulation.

You are wrong and the %s for DL and SB are correct as per the website figures for Jan 6th 2025

U.S. Government Approves Ethernity as a Supplier for Aerospace Project

Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances, provides an update on the $1.05m contract signed with a Tier 1 U.S.-based aerospace system products provider (the "Customer").

As previously disclosed, the $1.05m licensing deal with the Tier-1 U.S. aerospace vendor involves Ethernity delivering its silicon-tuned software to enable specific networking functionalities on the Customer's unique platform. As is customary for similar aerospace initiatives, the U.S. Government reviews and approves foreign suppliers who are delivering IP to such projects. We are now happy to update that the project has been granted U.S. Government approval, and will shortly move to the implementation phase, triggering immediate payment in respect of the milestones that have already been delivered by the Company, representing 40% of the contract value.
