Its been on the Ethernity Networks website since May 2024...... maybe some additional people will see the relevance of UEP2025 and what it can provide communities..... higher grade internet without interference at cheaper rates. It is a real and scalable option

The recent contract of $1.05m was not the major contract that the BoD is waiting for. I think it was a welcome extra.

Clearly Kunstler got involved because of the wireless PON product. The reason it should win the award is because it is truly gamechanging. Kunstler can see that as she is a World Authority on PON. I can see it because i understand a tiny bit of the tech but can see the huge savings in time and cost over fiber. It is as important as Tarana G1 which does exactly the same for broadband internet. Fiber quality over wireless. Now we can offer fiber quality PON FTTR over wireless.

Tarana is worth $1.5b.

1. The whole point of my reply was show UEP2025 is not a new product.

2. The Award prolile of Network X has a prestige with so many high end sponsors and it's open to the world. The internal surroundings of the Paris venue have a high quality and the hosts are ORANGE no less...

3. Tevett and Kunstler certainly would not have been involved in product development and I never suggested that. That is not their forte as their skill sets are different.

4. As I said the the judges will be be buffoons but will have expertise to be able to judge.

The time frame is right, by your reckoning SKID, for sales to come to fruition. UEP2025 will have been tested, tweaked, modified, evaluated and now its up for an award. Maybe its the work of Tevett and Kunstler who have enabled the product to be in a polished state for the market. We shall see.

The 45+ judges will not be buffoons and the quality of the sponsors gives a high credibility to the 19 categories of awards. 140+ entries and 50+ companies from around the world.

UEP2025 and Tarana Wireless, as a mix for communities in USA, are mounting up support. The technology and the technology involvement is there for ENET to access the BEAD funding pots in different States, as more and more comes on line. Lack of interference and high quality speeds and NLoS distances are surely a winner.

Remembering this for the NEW Tier 1 customer Jun 28th 2024 RNS

"The implementation of the project and tight collaboration with the Customer for the development of their product, which is based on the ENET Data Flow Processor, is conditional on approval from the U.S. Government, as is customary for U.S. Aerospace projects. This approval is estimated to be granted no later than August 2024. An equivalent approval was previously granted to a different US Aerospace customer of Ethernity"

" Value: $1.05 million total license fees, with majority of delivery expected to be completed during H2 2024"

We are pleased to report continued revenue growth in 2023 from our U.S. fixed wireless broadband solution customer. Furthermore, we are actively engaged in the development of a second-generation product for this customer. This development effort is ongoing in 2024, and we have been advised that the customer anticipates placing new orders for both the first and second generation products throughout the second half of 2024. The customer's rollout ramp-up plan for the second-generation product is scheduled to take place during 2025. We ended 2023 with two significant contract wins from existing customers:

April 19th 2024 RNS

"Tier-1 U.S. Aerospace and Defence Company: Following government approval, this longstanding customer signed a $475,000 contract extension to leverage Ethernity's technology on a critical military project. We are committed to supporting them throughout 2024 with ongoing paid maintenance and support.

Based on the scopes of work being discussed with potential new customers, Ethernity expects to secure new contracts for our Carrier Ethernet and PON technology, generating approximately $2.2- $3 million in incremental non-recurring engineering (NRE) revenue in 2024 on top of our established business. This momentum positions us for significant future growth as our OEM partners leverage our solutions to win market share and generate revenue for themselves. We anticipate this will translate into substantial new revenue opportunities for Ethernity in 2025."

This RNS has caused much dilution and the formula used ,employing rounding down and a 15% discount , created the exercise price of 0.4p, for New Tech. Unless DL announces large contracts it will happen again. Retail investors carry the pain..

On the plus side the company has gained £800k and now £395k in cash, from New Tech.

ENET also announced a new Tier 1 US military contract worth $1.05m. The final approval is estimated to be granted no later than August 2024. An equivalent approval was previously granted to a different US Aerospace customer of Ethernity.

Accordingly, the Company has issued and allotted 98,750,000 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to New Tech at an issue price of 0.4p per Ordinary Share (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The issue price was determined by reference to the pricing mechanism in the Investment Deed, as set out in the Announcement.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to occur on or around 17 July 2024. The New Ordinary Shares will, upon Admission, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.

NEW Tech have gained additional shares, ENET have gained cash and shareholders have been diluted but the weekend SP is better than people could have initially hoped for.

The Ethernity UEP is a powerful platform that combines an FPGA with our ENET flow processor and a comprehensive suite of application software. This innovative solution delivers MEF-compliant Carrier Ethernet functionality, along with precise timing synchronization and Link Bonding capabilities. Throughout the second half of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, the UEP underwent rigorous testing by two new OEM vendors. We are working with these vendors with the target of them launching solutions based on our technology.
