Yes it is good news that we have no news at the present time.
I would prefer the BOD RNS to tell us the deal but If they defaulted on the payment we would know about it !!
They have bought in advisory assistance!
They are still trading, though in a range just like most stocks out there.
So imo...no news is good news
Still positive of making a return on my investment which is in shares.

A word mentioned was earlier was "consolidation" and that has been on two fronts both with the SP and the formulation of the news to come.
The partnership with GFin announcement was Mar 15th
The acquisition of full ownership of KrunchData Ltd was March 18th
Mobile Streams signs NFT deal with Fanzine Limited was April 13th.
a) The deal will use the recently launched Mobile Streams NFT creation platform to enable MOS to design, produce and create the stores to sell a variety of NFT content for sale across all Fanzine sites and Apps as well as across Mobile Streams territories in India, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and on the Mobile Streams NFT marketplace.
b) The Company is also pleased to announce it has launched a separate section of their website at www.mobilestreams.com/nft to specifically promote its NFT platform and business and expects to see significant growth in this area.

Squeezed in between the mentioned RN has been the end of one tax year and the start of the nest (Apr 5th/Apr 6th)

So....... expecting news in short order when a number of strings have been joined together which has involved different partnerships, different ventures and different countries and hence that consolidation time was needed.

Q1 2022 Production and Sales Report

The thoughts of individuals on the board will come to light soon with next RNS on the immediate repayments. Until then it's a wait but not for long.
The trading date should be interesting but it is historical however it will give insight.

As per RNS
"repayment BY 26 April 2022 of, in aggregate, approximately US$$87.1m (including accrued interest) due under the Group's Russian subsidiaries' revolving credit facilities".
That payment could happen today, Monday (or Tuesday?) as I don't expect suspension or delisting.

The Company has appointed AlixPartners UK LLP to assist the Board as it explores its options and determines the Company's course of action in the best interest of all stakeholders, including creditors and shareholders. These options include the sale of the Company's entire interests in its operating subsidiaries as soon as practically possible.

4. Confirmed by the company, yesterday, that the law applies to Russian domiciled companies with listings abroad and NOT to the likes of POG which will continue to trade.
