A plan of action for sure moving forward to production at a WORKING Spodumene plant. Yes there have glitches along the way (and that is normal for such an engineering venture) but this is the quickest route to REVENUE compared to the other methodology of planning, planning and more planning and then construction (believe me that method too will glitches!!)
