Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
RNS 16 th Apr
At the general meeting, resolutions were passed to approve the grant of 17,377,225 options to certain directors of the Company, details of which were announced on 1 March 2024. The options will be granted once the Company is no longer in a closed period, following the publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023. A further announcement will be made at that time
Having a few days break in Filey. Just popping in because generally out and about.
Positive... SP up and seeing 0.9p. Orders will be coming.
Negative... SKID having a down day and recalling past hurt.
Matters will improve.
Have a good day.
"The market for home wireless broadband is ruled by giants such as T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless who own vast swaths of valuable real estate known as the electromagnetic spectrum. Despite all the resources of those wealthy outfits, many of us get little or nothing in the way of broadband service even if we’re willing to pay handsomely for it."
BUT
"Their (Tarana with ENET) technology can transmit for distances of many miles, serving hundreds of homes off a single radio costing a mere $15,000. It can transmit in spite of leaves and fog and physical objects, where most broadband radio transmitters must have “line of sight,” a clear path through the air from the tower to the home.
Most impressive of all, perhaps, the radios can operate not only in the expensive electromagnetic frequencies where the carriers have exclusive sway, but in unlicensed spectrum just like WiFi, where anyone can put up a radio.
“It’s the only technology, really, that's come along in the last decade that fundamentally can have an impact on the cost of high-performance broadband,” says Alwan."
From the earlier superb article from a reputable source.
"Significantly, the exciting opportunity is thought to have attracted interest from LNG investors. Baron Oil is seeking investors to back the relatively low-risk appraisal drilling campaign at the Chuditch gas field offshore East Timor. Possible suitors include Eni, Inpex, Santos, Petronas, and even Chinese national oil companies (NOCs), for the potential LNG project, as ENB reported last November."
Who do you fancy?
Getting better all of the time
Thanks Guys but its really thanks to PATT ...... and now to the website because I know some PON Details are on it !!
https://ethernitynet.com/
!Ethernity offers network appliances and devices that integrate PON functionality onto an FPGA SoC, providing the programmability to address the ever-changing demands of an evolving market."

Now take a look at Ilan Tevet wrote (and is in the BLOG section) about the WISPAmerica visit in March this year.
https://ethernitynet.com/wisp-america-takeaways-the-42-billion-rural-broadband-opportunity-and-why-enet-is-your-key-to-success-2/
Here is part of it .....
"This is where Ethernity Networks (ENET) comes in. Their experience in Carrier Ethernet, xPON, and system-on-chip components positions them perfectly. They can provide cutting-edge solutions for both fixed wireless vendors and ISPs looking to embrace the hybrid model. ENET’s leadership in switching and xPON technologies allows them to tailor cost-effective solutions for diverse deployment scenarios. No matter the specific needs of a rural community, they can offer a solution that leverages the strengths of both fiber and wireless, including support for wireless transmission over xPON to allow extension of wireless antenna closer to the customer . What truly excites me is ENET’s OEM-focused business model. This collaborative approach ensures a smooth transition for vendors, ultimately benefiting rural communities by accelerating their access to high-speed internet."
When things come together !!
Thanks to PATT on Adfvn
Julie Kunstler writes and in depth article and Ethernity Networks is mentioned as a new entrant into the multi regional PON OLT Solutions Market.
Nice bit of weekend reading.

SKID
Whilst we have slight differing of opinion based on ENET history, both from a personal perspective and a time based perspective, the two new members of the BOD, will be influential with Levi. Based on your knowledge of him previously he was misguided or he trusted other BOD members too much. The new personnel will promote and introduce contacts for contracts I feel sure, to be signed off by DL, I presume. As a full BOD it is the job to work together on behalf of the shareholders.
Outlook
"Since the beginning of 2024, the Company appointed a highly experienced and knowledgeable VP Marketing and a talented and professional new CFO. In addition, two External Directors have joined the board, bringing deep know-how in finance, marketing, and strategy.
With a robust technology and IP foundation, a diverse portfolio of products and services, an efficient R&D structure, and recent additions of professional talent, the Company is now better positioned than ever to face the future and capitalize on the growing market opportunities"
"Ethernity EXPECTS to secure new contracts for our Carrier Ethernet and PON technology, in incremental non-recurring engineering (NRE) revenue in 2024 on top of our established business. This momentum positions us for significant future growth as our OEM partners leverage our solutions to win market share and generate revenue for themselves. We anticipate this will translate into substantial new revenue opportunities for Ethernity in 2025".
Tarana
We are pleased to report continued revenue growth in 2023 from our U.S. fixed wireless broadband solution customer. "Furthermore, we are actively engaged in the development of a second-generation product for this customer. This development effort is ongoing in 2024, and we have been advised that the customer anticipates placing new orders for both the first and second generation products throughout the second half of 2024. The customer's rollout ramp-up plan for the second-generation product is scheduled to take place during 2025. We ended 2023 with two significant contract wins from existing customers"
The Military components manufacturers is on ongoing, scalable and renewable and will require US Government permissions, I presume.
ENET is well placed and better placed for new orders and as you indicate probably announcing in the second half of the year onwards.
Better placed and half glass full, for me.
Skid, I know that you that Davit Levi is not a favourite person of yours but this is what was written in the RNS.
Your earlier days of Levi and ENET did not have Kunstler and Tevet with him, as he does now. I think the boat has had a high quality makeover.
April 19th 2024 RNS
David Levi, Chief Executive, said "During this past year, we achieved significant growth in revenue and gross margin, with a major turnaround in the second half. This success came despite facing headwinds from the global economic climate. Based on the scopes of work being discussed with potential new customers, Ethernity EXPECTS to secure new contracts for our Carrier Ethernet and PON technology, in incremental non-recurring engineering (NRE) revenue in 2024 on top of our established business. This momentum positions us for significant future growth as our OEM partners leverage our solutions to win market share and generate revenue for themselves. We anticipate this will translate into substantial new revenue opportunities for Ethernity in 2025".
After the RNE comes the orders.
Nice one SKID
Customer has a need that's not quite off the shelf
ENET with its skill base and product base
Suggests
PAY NOW for R&D and ORDER LATER
Both customer and ENET.... WIN
Customer gets desired product and ENET gets revenue.
Basically customers pay upfront or in installments and when work is complete and the customer is satisfied then comes the order or orders.

The options have an exercise price of 1.5p
For the directors to make any money the SP needs to be above 1.5p.
Bit of infill

Good thinking and advice ... you have never lost until you sell but the waiting is frustrating
Like it or not SKID says it as he sees it a d from a long term perspective. I actually do applaud him for his knowledge and his personal honesty.
However, as new kids on the block, be gracious and understand his perspective.
As new kids on the the block we have averages that are nothing like the LTHs.
Read his comments but also thoughtful of why you bought in and the price you bought in at.
I still have an overarching confidence in the new appointments, Tarana, the Tier 1 US military components company, the removal of TSP, the negotiated and accepted phased plan to pay the Creditors. PON with Kunstler on board and marketing with Tevet on board are Keystones for new contracts.
I am staying.
"Based on the scopes of work being discussed with potential new customers, Ethernity expects to secure new contracts for our Carrier Ethernet and PON technology, generating approximately $2.2- $3 million in incremental non-recurring ENGINEERING (NRE) revenue in 2024 on top of our established "
More precise wording, than previous, suggesting the deal(s is/are very close to signing off.
Carrier Ethernet and PON technology is a key focus for the company.
Julie Kunstler is a PON expert with a very large contact base.
Ilan Tevett is a marketing and business development expert
These guys are here, with ENET, for a reason...."GROWTH"
The team is going over to America for a major conference Network X and David Levi speaks May 22nd 2024 and ENET is a Silver Sponsor of the event.
How nice it would be to go to the event with contract(s) signed.
Dotting the i's and crossing the t's, in play, imo
Significant rise in MCAP on the cards, after contracts are signed and announced.

New board new plan of attack20 Apr 2024 17:45
Outlook
While 2023 presented its share of challenges, Ethernity successfully finalised its UEP as a complete system product. This marks a significant step forward, enabling us to evolve beyond offering just FPGA SoCs and provide comprehensive solutions which all integrate ENET implementation of FPGA SoC, hardware and software application. This shift empowers our customers to achieve faster time-to-market and accelerate revenue generation. Previously, de
