Chaps, don’t give your shares away. There’s a big buyer out there hoovering up all the shares on the cheap. Just be patient and get good value for your investments.
IMO
Another tree shake?
Say, what?
Can we stop worrying about the independence of the prof?
FUM have surprised themselves by finding a massive commercial application for an easier-to-register DEVICE that will be snapped up by many in the multi billion ED market.
What’s not to like?
Of course. Everyone has to take the impact of COVID-19 seriously but China has said it will lump billions into the economy. It has to restore order asap or the virus and lockdown might be their Chernobyl moment.
Stay strong.
Hear, hear DBB and MC,
HUGE thanks to Alfa and the team for TBP. GREAT JOB ??
Only 200k warrants issues at 0.946, many PIs have more stock. No impact on SP IMO.
Set for another cracking day.
GLA. No need for infighting
Does anyone know how the share pricing on the different exchanges works for NCYT? That is, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. I’m not aware of any others.
In a perfect world the prices would all gravitate to the same. But we know the world of MMs is bit perfect. How does stock transfer between the two?
Given after hours trades in Frankfurt, could that have been London Mms topping up stock?
I bet those other exchanges didn’t have a simultaneous tree shake either.
Thoughts?
I’m sure I read on the website that tests were £5or 6 each but there is an additional diagnostic element needed that costs £693. So not sure if one at £693 would cater to 100 or 1000 or... individual tests.
I also rang the Primer Design twice on 6th Feb to see if I could buy some test kit for my family. I was told by two individuals in marketing that the advanced kit was £693.
So I cannot say for sure but I don’t think the financials are as simple as you outline.
They’ve issued 2 good RNS recently, with the first severely ramped, but have it attributed numbers to all this new business. When they clarify financial impact, this will fly. Glad I held. Even topped up.
Good news :)
The reason this has moved today is because I sold a teensy weensy portion to invest elsewhere, thinking I would be safe to jump back in at the spread. So you can all thank me.
But as I've said before, we won't care about a couple of pennies saved in 12 months time. Or maybe, even next week.
Couple of my others are booming today, would be too much excitement if LEK lifted off as well.
Maybe not.
Well done those who sold and jumped back in. I was playing tennis and missed the chance... but I'm in for more +ve news
The Primerdesign test is being formally evaluated by public health authorities from five countries and the Company is in discussions with these organisations to potentially support their national screening requirements for COVID-19.
And Bill Gates is worried about the spread to Africa. That continent not even mentioned in the RNS.
It's exciting to nake money but the difference this testing kit will make to the world is awesome.
So proud to know what's going on here.
Graham Mullis, Chief Executive Officer of Novacyt commented.
"I am very pleased to announce the launch of our COVID-19 CE-Mark test, which we believe is the first CE-Mark approved test for clinical diagnosis of the 2019 strain of the novel coronavirus. As with our research use only test, it can produce a result in less than two hours, with the added efficiency of being able to transport the test at ambient temperatures eliminating the need for cold chain shipping. It is designed to run on multiple instrument platforms commonly used by clinical laboratories around the world, which ensures our COVID-19 test can be used by the largest possible number of clinicians. We look forward to continuing to support clinicians in the fight to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus during this public health emergency."
Exactly! And why I’m in.
Small tube to buy over the counter. Works in 10 mins. Massive global market. Faster, easier path to regulation. What’s not to get excited about?
They’re still fine tuning FM57...
The potential dilution is already priced in so not sure why the SP is getting bashed every time
FUM only popped up on my radar at the weekend and studied the recent RNSs.
What's not to like?
Phase 3 study, FM57 was not conclusive on their ED drug (passed the baseline but not the placebo test) but did conclude that their placebo(without glyceryl trinite was 60% effective and has a faster route through regulatory approval and wider commercial appeal as a 'Device'.
What is not to like?
Invested this morning and watching with interest.
btw. thought the puns in the Daily Express article were hilarious
