Well said DayTrader67. With AIM stocks, we are in a gamble and not subject to the same rules and regulations of the main market.

I may only have 72 posts investor6, but that is because I only post when I have something constructive to say, not like a lot of others on this site who only post for the sheer hell of it or to abuse others. I do try when I post to not offend anyone and apologise to you if you think my lack of postings means that I do not know what I am talking about. That is your opinion and I respect that.

Well Auson, the MMS seem to be doing a very good job of manipulating the SP.

Only just started investing in this company and made a killing when it went down to 57p then up to 80p. Not bad for a couple of weeks work. I do believe this is a strong company apart from its debt and with a volatile oil price. What makes me most scared is how it will finance any Chevron acquisitions which may result in reduction in SP to the detriment of current shareholders. I may start investing again between 60p and 65p and if oil starts to stabilises. Stuartv and I also have shares in Eland, and I respect observations and chats he makes as they are always constructive, to the point and not full of the bull shit of a number of rampers and derampers on this site.

Motley Fool also suggested that debt burden still too high, despite over 50% reduction in SP. I sold today before it plummeted, but I am waiting for it to go to under 60p before rebuying. At below 60p could well be a target for those piranhas out there. Happy New Year and good luck to all of us investing in oil.

Do not try to drive good stocks down for your own benefits. Rather rejoice and be merry.
The SP may go down in the short term, but I believe by the middle of January, those that have bought will laugh at those who sold as Brent will go up to a minimum of $60.

I was a big supporter of this share until around 2 years ago, when it became obvious that corruption within the African continent was too rife to allow this airline to become a major player. A real shame, because I think it could have done well.

Looking at this share and waiting for it to go to 90p, hopefully next week. Still too risky at this price, but worth a small punt if it carries on falling. GLA

Crazy to sell this share, I am busy buying. MMs keeping the SP down for their own ends. I am jumping onto their bandwagon. GLA.

The directors of this company usually keep us well informed. I find for some reason that when an RNS is imminent the share price always falls and no matter how good the information is, the MMs keep the price down for about a week after, no doubt to line their pockets and those of their friends before the shares rise dramatically. I think this is one of those scenarios.

Ha ha ha, he has been removed for what looks like scamming, after he was reported.

Hopefully will stabilise at 85p today and then continue its slow movement back up to 95p by the end of next week.

Thank God for this RNS!!!!! I have been sweating seeing these shares plummet below 2p. No heart attack for me today. See what tomorrow brings - fingers crossed.

I bought when it went down. On a small loss as my average is 111. Can only be good news on the next RNS as they will be making loads with the World cup and especially as England are nearing the finals. GLA

I sold half my current holding when they went above 122p about a week ago the same day it went up to 127 :-( . Like you Stuart, I am holding onto the rest of my shares for the long term. However, I still intend to float in and out with extra shares on a short term basis and I am waiting for them to fall to around 114p before doing so. GLA

Ha ha ha. Only problem will be, when she finds out. And, being a woman, she will :-)

I do believe that this share has reached the lowest point since the RNS and it will be upwards from this point on. May take 6 months to reach double digits but the downside has been reached. With AIM shares, it is always a risk, but it seems to me that the risk is worth taking. GLA.

Just tell Mrs V that all the pipe lines were blown up and you have lost everything. Then keep your money safely installed in an offshore account :-)
