This is what i am saying,it looks like a decision is being made on Saudi to go ahead and this means that Kefi will suddenly have a valuable asset which currently carries no value on balance sheet. Likely with a view to sell,but even if they stayed in it would add great value to our market valuation.

Either way its a win win from current situation of having zero value on the books :-) TK is our main focus and Saudi is a sideshow orbeit it could net us a tidy sum if sold IMVHO

I dont see Saudi as being important to Kefi now,i think they want to sell up at a decent price and look at other projects where they can have majority ownership and control.Kefi recent placing has given a good financial runway way into the future,anything they bring in from Saudi will be a huge bonus given its current zero valuation on the balance sheet ( There is potential for $100m ).

I still say this is one of the best opportunities in Gold around and will steadily re-rate accordingly.

Howezap, but you also have to consider that BZT could still be in production this year and on near record high commodity prices too,the project economics look very good.Good chance they get the finance done this week and then set out the production timelines IMVHO

Howezap,the project economics at Hope&Gorob do look rather compelling even on the worst case scenario and should be enough to lift the market cap at least 3 times current valuation ( more likely five ).I think this is the month that BZT finally comes alive,possibly starting early in the week ahead.

Prickly,your figures look pretty accurate based on the information we have ,and it is clear that Hope & Gorob is a very decent project / asset for a company of Bezant size.

I am also curious what the State Governor said YESTERDAY about June :-) he did not say "expected" he actually said "scheduled" ,so judging by that comment we should expect that finance confirmation RNS is not too far away at all now. Nice.

Yes i meant revenue of $50M in USD with profits of circa $13m which is very good numbers for a company with market cap of just £12m,at the moment Bezant are off the radar but will soon be attracting wide attention IMVHO

The dividends are likely to be very very decent even if they pay off the debt in first two years,we are likely to see both super capital growth on the shares and decent dividends imvho

I also think they will fill their coffers shortly with the sale of Saudi ( potential to bring in $100m ) because i think they see better opportunities elsewhere with majority ownership. Exciting times lay ahead.

This project will easily net over £50m Pa for Bezant ( current market cap just £12m )

Lucky520,either way it means its scheduled to start in a few weeks time :-) as far as i am aware this is the first time they have had such an official site visit so something significant is happening.BZT will likely release an RNS very shortly ( the regional council were obviously there to rubber stamp something ) .

With both copper and gold spot prices flying of late this project can return some serious revenue.

Interesting news that the site visit was yesterday,and they state "ground breaking is scheduled for june 2026" , this term usually refers to the official start or launch of a project.This is just a few weeks away so we can expect that big RNS anytime from monday IMO :-)

Qnard,i just feel listening to HAA in recent interviews i think he is only interested in assets he can control ( majority ownership) just my own opinion but i think this is what will play out .Bringing Jeff back into the team has only re-inforced my view.

Xhita,i can see no other logical reason why Kefi would want the Saudi assets valued right now except for a sale,i dont honestly think Kefi are interested in anything other than "majority ownership" of assets at this great time in their overall development.

If Kefi was listed on any other market the current market cap would be 3 to 4 times higher at this stage of development,so is just a matter of time when this takes off.

Saudi sale also imminent IMVHO ( could bring additional $100m+ into the coffers )

Prickly,i must say i had the same sort of numbers on the back of my cig packet too,i think $50m Pa would be very low case because on $4500 to $5000 Gold it would be more like $62 m to £71m Pa at a steady run rate.

From todays market cap those numbers will see this very seriously multi-bag and a potential star share for sure.Been a long time waiting for the finance to be sorted but i think its very close now.

Tugmaster,i would say you could be fairly close in your 6p to 8p forecast but if gold is still in the $5000 range or even $6000 Per Oz it may go a fair bit higher than that.Also consider if we do infact sell Saudi and say we get $100m + into the coffers,that could also be a very near term catalyst here that will put many many eyes on Kefi.

The opportunity here is incredible

8ead, did you see this huge buy from yesterday ? someone bought 47m @ 0.0719p ( £33k ) and there was also a number of £10k buys ,the timing is interesting given the finance RNS pending ??

8ead,i would say there is a good chance Bezant will be producing this year because according to the RNS they have been putting the preparations in place beforehand.When the finance RNS lands i would expect a hefty re-rating,we are now in the new tax year which in the corporate world is important when investments are made.Probably the best ever time to be in BZT

As for Saudi i think its going to be sold shortly ( expecting $100m + ) and next investment to be majority ownership like TK
