My thoughts on the placing is that wider events in the middle east and Iran caused the company to take bold action and get things sealed down,at the end of the day it gets Kefi fully in business and more in control of the timelines.

What is important to keep in mind is the TK economics and projected ROI,s which are very high,our chairman said over on an interactive interview last week that at $5000 Gold the Kefi revenues at Tulu Kapi will be close to $1Bn Per Year and 10 year initial works in the open pit are planned...that alone makes Kefi very undervalued currently and our Gold in the ground valued at a fraction of market value.Then consider the underground at TK too which could hold another large resource. We also have KONSO and Saudi which both have super potential.

Once the dust settles from this placing Kefi has to rerate rapidly as it moves closer to production day by day.

It has been a long time coming but finally Tower look like a very decent prospect ,with those approvals the company will have a healthy cash injection and a free carry on what looks to be a very decent asset that could produce some decent revenues.

Last RNS the company hinted they "expect shortly".

Nearly 1Bn bought today so far with a few small sells,any overhang should be gone by close today IMVHO

You are right ,the buying has been heavy since the placing and it all been at a premium to the placing price,that tells you alot in a situation like this and especially in the current market.

Approvals RNS should propel this - cash inward and a free carry on decent resources :-)

Joe,well one thing we can say for certain is that this is perhaps the most exciting period in the company history,and looking at the fast rate the placing shares are being snapped up ( with an eye on the last Rns ) i would say something is going on.

We might start to see some FOMO later today.

Asher,those figures do look very decent and offer amazing value for holders here,given the current licence round closes in a few days time i would suggest that existing approvals sitting on the ministers desk would be settled beforehand.So every chance we will hear very soon ( as hinted by last Rns ).

The current wider oil situation just makes African oil even more attractive.

Chesh,it is not just today and yesterday we have had these chunky buys,from the middle of last week it started including two large 200m+ buys at a premium over the 0.026p ask at the time....i would say these trades are not ordinary trades and appears to be some major stake building going on ahead of near term expected news.

Interesting period ahead here.

Another 80M+ Buy just went through,if you add all these large buys up in last four sessions it is amounting to a sizable position, we have had 2 x 200m+ buys at premium and a multiple amount of 50m,60m,and also 72m and a few 80m+ buys.

I dont think these are ordinary trades ,we know the Ministry are set to conclude the licence round by end of Feb as per news reports so maybe we are close to that approval.

That sounds pretty reasonable Nasai given the estimates on the drill,even in a terrible market i would expect 0.10p ,if we have a prolonged period of $100 Oil though i can see a fair bit more up near your higher estimate.

This is the most exciting period in Tower Resources history we entering now.

Look at the volume and look at the size of those buys now in last four sessions...there is a saying on AIM "follow the money "

Looks like Gold is heading back to $4600 today or early tomorrow,actually the market looks very strong

Asher,yes i agree what you say about the Rig,we have to remember they been working on this for some time so they will likely know far more than the RNS suggested,just that approval confirmation needed and then things will move fast IMO
