I'm cross and frustrated at the current level of SP and of course I should have waited another week before I bought another 12,000,000 shares but for me the fundamentals have not changed...
That said, I've been banging on about PR and lack of it for last couple of years (I have been invested for circa 5 years). I'll take this opportunity to make my points as the board read this and please take note from a shareholder with 10s of millions of shares who remains loyal but to a point:
Martin - you tell us you are well connected, frankly I have not seen any evidence of this since you became our CEO and to date I wonder what value you have added apart from presiding over the free delivery of shares to you and the board at circa 0.31 a year ago before any results were published. You have stated on numerous occasions Oriole is significantly undervalued, great results are being delivered and exceeding expectations, yet the share price is less than half where it was when Bonanza grade was declared a few weeks ago, strong MRE etc. In a nutshell you seem unable to get the message across to sustain a consistent and improving share price. Greenwood declared the SP should be mid 0.50s++ ahead of the recent MRE and we should be fast heading into the 1.00s...
Bob - you assured us that Lanstead would have to account for any 1% sell down of their shares. You were WRONG, whilst the Lanstead deal has likely delivered an underpin to the company it was dressed poorly by you and you've not held them to account to match your statement. I would like to see you clear this now once and for all. Their remaining share holding is 'X' OR they are completely out. You also must declare where we are with any future funding as this is partly, to mind, where the share price is being knocked daily with various unhelpful speculation.
Board - Senegal update is way overdue. Martin and Bob's video about 6 months ago stated the JV draft was on the table. Price of gold has shot through the roof since then so I'm expecting a far superior JV going forward for Oriole. Gold is at an all time high, our results are excellent so the share price should be hitting new highs. It is now time to deliver and some tough decisions may need to be made.
PR - allocate some funds to this!!
Claire - I like your presentations and can see your passion for the company and you deserve to benefit from all of this like a lot of us.
Eileen - if it wasn't for you I would have sold out a few years ago. When you invested the £200k at circa 0.17 SP gave me the confidence I needed to keep adding. You must be as frustrated as we shareholders are. Your investment of the £200k alone was in excess of £600k a few weeks ago off at the high of 0.62. That's where we should be now or very close to.
