The sight of the rig arriving should hopefully calm fears and next week will see the tide turn.

Slightly different situation there than say 88e, as they have a huge, proven asset.

Back to ANGS, it is bitterly disappointing as there should be huge excitement ahead of next week. Alas because of a few reasons, it's being depressed.

Financial uncertainty in the markets, warrants, Paul Forrest selling, will it, won't it? on the sidetrack. Plus probably others some can call out. I hope this time next week, we are having a different conversation because I was convinced this was going to fly.

Rob, I'm sure it played a part but the fact that so many other AIM O&G stocks rose at the same time suggests to me that sentiment changed. Was it the reversal of Trusstweng's ridiculous mini-budget? I'm sure that will play a part.

Let's see what today brings. The spud just around the corner too, it could be a defining week or so.

Basher, after the recent drop, today was a blessing! I think a change in market sentiment is the cause of today's rise. Nothing new (as there hasn't been during the drop) but if you look at most of the AIM O&G stocks, they had a decent run today.

Patience is the key. Ignore the noise from some trying to further unsettle this. The production levels are pretty much as good as they can be with the current set up so it amazes me that this has taken away in recent weeks.

The sidetrack, if successful, should propel this upwards to another level. I suspect the current uncertainty in the markets has held this back, whilst the clearing warrants and Paul Forrest selling, although at a low level compared to his holding, has meant shares are available for those who want them.

We need a successful sidetrack to create a position where the buyers outweigh the available shares. It's almost "all about the sidetrack" but not for the reasons HITS has often cited.

Jeremy Rhyming Slang will hopefully have helped a little with his measures yesterday but Trusstweng have a lot to answer for!

I'm not in UKOG at the moment (I have been), to be clear, but he's vermin and will say whatever suits his situation at a point in time.
