I think what Swazers is missing is not only significant, but fundamentally changes the perception of the share price of any company and, in our case, very much that of GGP. His fancy charts have a very limited application and can offer up anomalous results.
If one considers that the aggregate of the five-day running differentiation between the high and low prices alongside the number of shares actually traded, it's clear to see a completely different outcome. The application of the Johnson-McCabe coefficient (when adjusted with a sentiment factor of 0.196, which seems reasonable in the circumstances) is a game-changer. Once that's been taken in account and you add in the more subjective Brackenberry factors such as REM, VFM and BHT-4 and it does all make sense. Has anyone calculated SP of the 95th and 90th percentiles of the Crawford-VF curve?
Please do your own research and come to your own conclusions and listen to neither rampers, self-promotors, nay-sayers or de-rampers.
