I think the NYSE is a total red herring. I have no reason to say that other than gut instinct.

Wow! A HUGE vote of confidence in the company. That's just more than the price of half a pint of Guinness in my local.

Is it time for a huge gamble? Do you believe or not believe that TM has this covered? That is the question. I smelt a rat in September when the roll out didn't happen and there were no comms, so cashed out. The problem here is trust and TM has blown that.

I just wonder if anyone has heard anything regarding an update? I know that this company are appalling at communicating and like to treat us SHs like mushrooms, but it does seem odd.

Interesting how the Finish Nasdaq has taken a different view, this morning. Up 8% already. The team appear to be making good progress and delivering on their earlier promises.

I'm with you HC. Lost interest. Lost faith in the governance. Lost a shed load of money. Lost faith that the CEO and BOD can run the show and deliver on the promises. I would like to know when this visit to the NYSE took place. My suspicions/negative sentiments about the company are such that I'm not even convinced he was there in November.

The 'new investors' reference is the link to the message that Mr P. cut and pasted from the Celadon website. He said was new. As you rightly point out, though, absolutely zero meaningful communications from this company. Goodness knows why people think they could be listing in NY.

Does anyone find it odd that the new investors haven't been announced via an RNS? Surely this news will allay fears that the company is running out of money in a few weeks time and they can now move forward with the plans they've been trumpeting over the past couple of years.

We shouldn’t expect anything other than more of the same. No communication. No plan. I’ve written off my investment here.

I’m being careful about the language I use, but feel a range of emotions about the behaviour of all concerned. Whether it be the CEO, CFO who bailed out after the mess up with funding or the wider BOD. Where’s the accountability? With the CEO owning such a large stake, it would appear nobody has dared to challenge him. If that’s ‘old school’ then you can keep.

Who knows where we go from here.

TM has gone silent, despite numerous attempts to request an update. He was keen to put himself in front of investors when seeking our money, but now..... ? We deserve better and these people need to understand that if it wasn't for investors, they wouldn't have a business. It's a partnership, yet he's treating it like a master-servant relationship. Losing patience here as I've watched the price slide from 33p.

GRQ - Not all here are like that. Some are investors and 'making quick cash' isn't everyone's game. I'm not knocking it, but I like the rigours of the research, obtaining knowledge and find that as satisfying as making a profit. Understanding the time-frame of how success may come is essential. Mont Agoma Copper and tin - a 'game changer'. Again - very positive.

A 'potential strategic investment' as well. That would be a cherry on top.

WG. Like you, I’ve been invested for a long time and seen it rise and fall for no clear reason. It’s just that I’ve never heard the team be so positive and they’ve brought on board some top rank talent to take them forward. They probably don’t look at the SP in the same way that we do.

Anyone any thoughts as to why we keep dropping? Something afoot that we PIs aren’t privy to? It all seemed so rosy only a few months ago.
