It means the company is going to be exceptionally profitable when it goes private-the fund raising done on AIM has served its purpose & now they’re off to reap the rewards
I have these in my ISA at 4p a share and it looks like I will holding shares in a private company outside my ISA somehow
After Circa 7yrs of holding I want at least my money back

Perhaps he knows what EMH are lining up?
There’s usually only one reason to appoint WH Ireland as a company adviser & that’s to raise funds
“The Company has also appointed WH Ireland Ltd as its Nominated Adviser on AIM, which came into effect as of 1 January 2021.”
Placing incoming for EMH i suspect
Did Gunn see it coming ?
Hence the intention to delist- too much of a coincidence for me
Just voted against all resolutions with my whole holding
....these owe me 4p per share after holding circa 7 yrs
Wow indeed
I’m personally looking at Lithium America as a benchmark mark
Market Cap of 1.72B Canadian dollars which according to me is Circa £1B Market Cap?
BCN currently at £72M - so leaving any future dilution out of it for the moment we could expect a 14x rise here to get to that level
A 10 bagger from this point is achievable for the patient
Historical Amapá info found while doing a little digging:-
“Anglo American had acquired both the Amapa operation and Minas Rio in 2008 from Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista's MMX for $5.5 billion.
The company had Amapa on the block in October 2012 in order to focus on its much delayed Minas Rio - one of the world's largest iron ore mining projects.
Anglo American's internal assessment in 2011 had valued Amapa at $1.5 billion, which made its 70-per cent holding worth at least $1 billion. But the sale did not get the price since global iron ore prices have plunged since the assessment.
Amapá mine started commercial production in January 2010. Anglo American had last year raised output by about 30 per cent to 6.5 million tonnes a year, up from 2011 level of almost 5 million tonnes.”

Hong Kong-listed Ganfeng, which has agreements to supply lithium to Tesla and South Korea’s LG Chem, has grown rapidly over the past decade into one of the world’s largest producers of lithium through acquisitions of assets in Australia and Argentina.
In May last year the company bought a stake in London-listed Bacanora, which is developing the Sonora lithium project in Mexico, the country’s largest lithium deposit. Mr Wang said the recycling plant could be near the mine, and both could supply the North American market with lithium for batteries.

They’re spread betting for small percentages
Hence their incessant bashing
Every 0.1 they can get the price down will be an extra £ in their pocket ,there will be other people working it the other way
I will sit back and wait for my 12p +
"As part of our desire to attract institutions to our Company and after positive discussions with our current institutional shareholder base, we announced, earlier this week, a proposed consolidation of our share capital"
As long as any future funding brings Amapa to fruition in a speedy manner and with it a much inflated share price it’s a thumbs up from me
