The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Thanks for the feedback MrScroat, now back to your safe space over in AMGO land.
500k sale just gone through. Is that Gary selling up since he visited the complaints department yesterday?
Suspicious if you ask me.
Look, once the ship is sinking it doesn't matter who the captain is. GC walked away from AMGO because he knew it was a lost cause. Gary might have some good jokes up his sleeve, but he's out of his depth here.
Amgo is worth zero until it sorts the complaints out. Today's news is old news.
No reason for the sp to move north today.
Just ignore Shaggers54 everyone, he actually is a virgin. Full of lies that lad.
Don't hold your breath Viking, imo they will only start lending again once they have complaints under control. Unfortunately there's nothing to suggest complaints are under control yet.
Just wait for NSFs interims my boy, it will rocket.
Meanwhile, back at AMGO HQ, the complaints keep on pilling in, but at least Gary's got some good jokes up his sleeve to tell all the fit women who work there.
Viking the big sells are part of JBs overhang. It will continue for sometime yet unfortunately.
Very ominous if you ask me.
I'm not sure they will ever start lending again. That's why they've changed the time frame on their website from 'end of year' to now not having a time frame at all.
Very suspicious if you ask me.
FrankyS1971 is an infamous deramper folks, ignore him. He goes around deramping companies he wants to buy in cheaper, just ignore the sad individual.
Weak finish at the end there, lots of sells, doesn't bode well for tomorrow guys.
Another RNS and STILL no figures on the complaints.
It's all smoke and mirrors.
The clock is ticking.
Did anyone else think Gary reminded them of David Brent?
"laughter, that's what we're all about here, making people laugh"
And yet STILL no solid numbers on complaints, just more smoke and mirrors.
Risky business.
Complaints will likely come in somewhere between £200m-£300m in the end. Not good.
Yes but the complaints in Q2 will be significantly worse than Q1, and by the last update, complaints are STILL coming in sky high.
I think its sad watching this company (that has such great potential) being brought to its knees by a bunch of virtue signalling incompetent overpaid lefties at the FOS. The Gov should step in imo, otherwise its curtains for AMGO.
Why would NAV increase? It's almost certainly decreased due to complaints payments. 6 years worth of complaints are gonna destroy the company.
It's a shame JB didn't get back in, he would taken the FOS to court and won.
Given Alchemy cancelled the equity raise and then stuck their main takeovers man on the BoD, I'd say there's a bit of substance here. An offer is inevitable imo.
Stay tuned
It's moving on anticipation of the interims within a week or two. They are likely to be better than the market expects.
NSF is VERY oversold.
Hey guys it's all kicking off over at NSF. Hope you all got in sub 5p. Could very well be smashing 10p+ next week, fingers crossed.
