Well that was a short sharp lesson in why you should use stops (lol) ---out for even , back in long @ 16901 ---famous last words " 16900 should hold " (lol)----GLA.

FP / F4 / GB ---Yes, a bit of a surprise that this drop is happening especially with all the successful tests of 17000 yesterday !! ---but that's markets for you (lol) ---short from 16990 , just out @ 16922 ----switched to long ( tight stop ) ----GLA.

Dow tested 17000 multiple times now and held each time --- 16995-ish seems to be the bottom to watch . Looks to be gearing up for next leg higher !! --pinched a few more points from a small short and a couple of longs (off 17000) . Out now watching the 17030 / 16995 channel for direction ---GLA.

F4 --- Got two monitors on the go , one to write/post while watching inter-active chart on the other ----trouble is i'll probably go permanently cross-eyed (lol) --GL.

F4 ---Yes, showing a bit of weakness round that 17000 level , so held off on another long , and went short instead @ 17007 ---watch for "quick " reversals tho' ---GL.

F4/ ALL -- Yes, Dow duly tested 17000 as i posted it probably would ---went short same as you at that 17030 futures break ---in @ 17025 out @ 17001 on the rise .---short again 17028 . It's testing 17000 again as i write .--Out again now @ 16995 . ---17000 should hold , getting ready to go long again ----GLA.

Dow has literaly powered up thu' 17000 --- my best guess is that it will drop back to near 17000 early next week or even just below it to test for a support level to go onwards and upwards --- i've been wrong before tho' (lol) so don't bet your breakfast on it !!!----No DOW tomorrow ( pity) ---GLA.

Doubled up @ 17070-- got a bit of pull-back / profit taking at the moment , i see --closed at 17046 for just 13 points --It's spiking again as i write the b****r !!. ---GLA

Morning All ---- Dow knocking on the door of no. 17000 Wall Street again --will it or won't it be let thu' ?--pinched a quick 20 points .-- NF payrolls today and closed for Independence day tomorrow ----going to be interesting today , i suspect . ----picked up a few BBY @ 196 p --- SFE looks interesting -----GLA.

GB ---Yes, not much reaction as you say . Dow has, however ,posted higher highs and higher lows since about 4 pm our time , but now just settling back to that 16970 level again .--GL .

FP -- Afternoon , BLNX , yes got some as well , got to be worth a punt now !! ----watching the DOW closely ( 16970 looks to be stopping it at the mo. on the futures , . FTSE100 firmly back above 6800 at the moment, which is good to see . Triggered my TSCO buy yesterday , up a bit at the mo. ----sold my POG yesterday @ 47 p and bought back today so a couple of hundred in back pocket for nothing (lol). Had some FRES since the low 820 's so sold @ 910 p this morning ---Bit of a pull-back likely , short term . Are you still in QPP ? took a bit of profit off half mine yesterday , looking to get some soon .---GL.
