Very good trading channels presenting themselves on the Dow and Dax rises now --should be able to grab a few more quick trades !! --GLA.

Dow out for a quick 50 pts.-----

Dow has broken its afternoon downtrend @ 17193----i'm long now ( fingers crossed ) ---GLA.

Dax out for quick 36 pts . ---why does all this happen when i'm out ??

FP ---Very Well Done !! ---Did somebody declare "world war 3 " while i was out ?? or has somebody assinated Santa Claus ?? (lol) ----looks like the wise ones were right about the 17000 level re-test !! , but defo. got 9500 on the Dax wrong !!!! ---wow , a 360 pt. change in direction on the Dax and almost 300 on the Dow --haven't even looked at the poor old Ftse100 ?? --posted somwhere that it's turning out to be an extremely " topsy-turvy sort of year . ( sort of knew it when Fleur lost out to Ben in the XFactor Final yesterday (lol) ---says it all really ????? (lol) ----GL. --what next ?? ------just gone long the Dax on the bounce off 6305 ( i must be mad )-----

Well, the "wise ones" are saying that Dax 9500 was massive support and long the Dax last night also was the trade ?? i can b*****y well see that now (lol) ---but , they also suggest that Dow 17000 may not have been sufficiently tested yet !! ---looks pretty damn tested to me (lol) ----we shall see !! ---GLA.

SirG ---Once past 17360 which it held as supp. on friday ( now res. of course) it just could attempt to make a run up to that 17440 marker ( fri. morning supp./ fri. afternoon res. ) ---trying to stay above 17360 as i post !! ------took my 100 pts, for same reason as FP really .-------GL. Let's hope for this to be the start of a run-up to the new year ---

Long Dow 17242 --- Come on Santa !!! ---GLA.

Well , by any stretch of the imagination , the last couple of weeks on the Dow have been nothing short of " miraculous " -- a never before seen rise to lofty heights of 18000 ( RSI 83.7 --extremely overbought ) ---to fridays 17253 ( RSI 24.8 --well into oversold ) ---the drop occurred in 7 trading days ---absolutely astounding ---again, never before seen in such a small time-frame . Where to next ?? ----Well, since 2009 there has always been a rally ( santa or otherwise (lol)) over the Xmas period and into the new year !! ---will this year be different i wonder ?? --- OIL in freefall has "spooked " the markets this year at the "wrong time" i suspect but i would not be ruling out a rally of some sort again this year , esp. as Indicies are in that oversold bracket at the moment !! ---------support now comes in around 17100 ish from back in July/Aug/Sept but an intraday test of the big round number 17000 may be seen ---well below EMA 20,and 50 , smack on EMA 100 and EMA 200 interestingly comes in at around 17000 ---after that , well, pick a number --16600 then 16400 look as good as any to me !!! ---of course , hopefully , we get some sort of stimulous in the news etc. over the weekend to start the rally on monday ----far from all over yet but as i pointed out in a previous post , Santa is leaving it a bit close to the wire this year (lol) -- F4 looks to have been closer than me with his " prediction " of 17000 ---oh well , can't win 'em all --will be giving the "wise ones" a piece of my mind when i can find where they are "holed up" ? (lol) ------GLA . interesting week ahead----

Morning Everyone ----Yes, a GL from me as well F4 . Well perhaps the Dow is going to do it in reverse ?--down first then up (lol) ---things looking a bit " dire " allround ---posted early hours of the morning means i get confuse with the dates !! ---13 dec. is,of course, tomorrow not today ---so the rally starts tomorrow ?? ---but tomorrow is saturday !! --so i'm confused allround (lol) ----perhaps monday will be the start ?? -----goes without saying i got out of my long pretty much unscathed this morning ----as you say SirG that res. @ 17380/17400 we spoke about comes into focus now !! ---i've gone back in with a small long @ 17441 as that has held several times this morning ---lets see !! ----GLA.

GB ----Dow rose 853 pts. --started on 13 dec. to the 31 dec . ---then unfortunately fell 1192 pts. to 3rd feb. --- so today may be the day Santa comes a calling (lol) !!!! ---GL.

Anybody got Santa's phone no. or e-mail address ---think we need to let him know that he's leaving any "rally" he may have in mind just a bit close to the wire (lol) -----

Ftse100 futs. give 6400 at the moment ( -75 ) and Dax ( -92) --- a tad worrying at the mo for the Ftse100 !!!! ---

Guys----i've been on Big Dippers with less ups and downs than the Dow (lol) ---i'm certainly glad it gave me no time to think about another long @ 17600 --but i am long now @ 17521 !!! see if i'm on a fools errand or not !----it may seem erratic but it is actually testing the supp. and res. points like a "gud un" !! GB ----yes, still falling on the futs, i see ---i'm undecided at the mo.--will keep a close eye on what the "wise ones" are saying in the morning ---GL.
