Well 11520 was a good res. level on the 1 min. to go short ---just out @ 11479(41pts) ---will go again if the 11565 low is breached !!----needs to regain 11500 for a continuation !!-- GLA.

Dax short closure ( patience, michael dear boy , patience (lol) )-----seems i haven't got enough of it ,yet, --only been at this game for about 43 years !!(lol) -- GLA.

Morning All ------Gold ( Hmmm) --- Closed out my one remaining Dax short this morning on the drop @ 11529 for an 11 pt. loss but overall gains taking yesterdays trades into account ---so happy with the end result .--- Doing well on an AV long, and a MERL long -- Also doing ok on a RR short and an ITV short -- The one "dogging" me atm ( apart from Gold) is my SL short --seriously overdone but refusing to drop ---it will very soon ---just running out of patience now !! -- GLA ---still very quiet on the board !! --

Just closed out my Dax 11550 hedge long for + 38pts. @ 11588 ---need it to drop now down towards my one remaining short @ 11518 !!---- Not convinced tho' i'm afraid as it is looking very strong esp. with the rising Dow now !!-- GLA.

F4 --hello, quite here today !! -----yes, i had already closed out one gold long posn @ 1174.5 earlier today on that small rally attempt --loss of 5.2 points but if the drop is going to continue long and hard then i thought it wise ---had hoped for the rally to get to at least 1180 but heh ho ---get it back eventually !! -- GL.

Bit of a rally on Gold then down again---lower to come by all accounts now !! Dax looking strong again --Dow catching up a bit ---Ftse100 , still dismal !!--- GLA.

GB ---Afternoon .It seems that US Investors didn't like the better than expected NFP numbers !! ---means that interest rates will rise sooner than expected to cool the economy and with QE now finished ,it has caught them a little bit on the back foot !! --- It will steady tho' and head for 20,000 sooner or later !! -- Mighty contrast with the Dax , however, powering up to 11600 !! ---closed my hedge long just under 11600 for 69 pts. --just gone hedge long again @ 11550 as Dax and Dow are down on 1 min. oversold atm. -- My Gold longs were triggered so i'm a tad in the red with those atm .----wasn't quite expecting such a large drop !! ---but has supp. at around 1180 so i've got my fingers crossed as next leg down is in the 1140's !!-- GL.

Well, i'm Dax hedge long from 11530 now !! ----- don't mind missing a few on any drop from current levels ---going higher over the longer term anyway !! --- GLA

Forgot to mention ----DFS ipo was a damp squid !!---only got 274 shares allocated and Hargreaves Lansdown cocked up the allocations again !! --- GLA.

Good Morning All ----well, Dax still showing remarkable strength on any drop below 11500 !!--- Still have my 11518 short in place , but really not convinced atm ----looking more like 12000 before 11000 !!-- Short AV and PIC now looking for a few pts. ---both overbought short-term !! Gold looking weak --have a long order in for 1188 and 1180 ( we'll see !!) --- GLA ----todays NFP going to be the catalyst one way or the other !! ---

Food for thought on Dax 4 hourly !! ---current uptrend is almost perfect channel with around 11355 being bottom touch atm. and 11750 being top and third touch atm. ---this top figure would put it as much overbought as the last touch a few days ago and is perfectly attainable in the next few sessions ---especially if NFP comes in better than expected tomorrow ---DOW has been relatively quite all week and is just waiting for a reason to push a lot higher towards 20,000 !! --- Ftse could see 7000 for the first time ever !! -- All this, of course may just be "humbug" --it is after all just my opinion ---but stay alert everyone as it may easily come to pass !! -- GLA.

Interesting e-mail about tomorrows NFP figures just recieved ---tomorrow may be more volatile than most NFP fridays ---!! GLA.

Dax 4 hourly bottom channel line now stands @ around 11355 and rising every day !! ---has , however , risen immediately back up to RSI 70.6 (overbought ) on the 4 hourly !! ---- 50 EMA comes in @ around 11291 atm --- SO, i would expect a drop to retest the 4 hourly trend line @ around 11355 and/or perhaps even 50 EMA @ 11291 !! --- Let's see --- GLA.

Dax needs a credible catalyst for a drop now otherwise much higher will be seen give or take the odd intraday drop or two !! ---11500 may halt it for the moment but i certainly wouldn't bank on it !!! ---JMVHumbleOpinion everyone --- GLA.

The list (which i came across this afternoon) is a bit out of date , i would suggest , as it doesn't take into consideration modern Spread Betting techniques such as Butterflies, Split -Trades , Hedge Trades and a few others with much sillier names (lol) --- Just a bit of nonsense , everyone , while waiting for my evening meal !! -- GLA.
