Three weeks ago exactly, as of tomorrow... the last update, indicating still in discussions, and would be hopefully be sorted in the "very near future"? Surely next week (after a month!) we will know, one way or the other? Fat-lady is beginning to wake from her slumber... :) GLA.

It's April 1st today... back to normality tomorrow then, with possibly a good-news RNS before Easter!! :) GLA.

If it's not tomorrow... let's leave Wednesday completely out the equation (definitely don't want it then!)... so Thursday evening (all sorted for the following week) would be most pleasing? :) GLA

Let's hope so, as it's holding steady, and will move quite quickly if something good is announced. The free float is small, so it is quite often difficult to buy in on any rise, except through NT. GLA.

That's an interesting first post, and I would (of course) like to believe it's true, but unless you can expand on your news sources at all, I think it's not really counted as credible and merely a case of topping up and waiting... GLA.

Free float here is tiny, so any news/anticipation of such, will inevitably cause it to rise sharply. Bought some yesterday, took ages, as constantly got NT. Happy to buy in and wait though. GLA.

Quite possibly... maybe the delay is because they have asked for additional $6.5M "bridging" finance too? Either way, we should know pretty soon, as they cannot keep trading, with suspended bank accounts? Just don't know why they keep putting off Admin, if all is lost..

MrC, that's the million dollar question? Quiet as the grave just now. Over a month ago, according to the RNS, there was "only a short time available" to sort out a deal... since then, suspension, and nothing! On the premise no news is good news, we are hoping for the best, but temper that with the possibility of an impending Admin RNS too? 50/50. GLA.

Yep; they're probably sipping Pina Colada's on a beach in Rio right now... wondering whether to have the swordfish or lobster for dinner... not worrying about tax payments and PI's!! :)

Maybe it will come tomorrow... finance sorted, tax bill paid, banks on side, back to normal trading on Monday... well, you can live in hope? :)

There is hope I think - "reasonable chance" of securing the funding, and investment following it... so, let's not commit to write off their chances just yet... hope springs eternal! :) GLA.

Agreed - it was trading in the 0.5-0.6 range recently, until this last fall, so I would expect it back there.. and with debt restructured, oil price rising, and new investment, could go up from there? Depends if the bank agrees.... ATB.
