bullish at all now, after all this time, I think it's highly unlikely we will deal... but it was a punt, a 50/50 and at the time I thought it was worth the gamble. Oil, my man, I appreciate it's a bone of contention with you here, but really, there is nothing any of us shareholders can do anyway now.. it's either deal or no deal. What (if any) deal is struck will decide our fate. I expect most (by now) have accepted the fate of MAX, it's looking bleak, but we do at least like to hope? Move on my friend, post when the result comes in... just by posting all this negativity, you denigrate yourself. You may indeed be right! I think when all this started, and we got the first "in the very near future" finance would hopefully get sorted updates... I was confident of this being back and at least trading again. Now, after all this time, I suspect it's gone the way of the dodo, just cannot get my head around (as the last poster states too) why on earth have they not opted for ADMIN? That would at least provide some sort of cover, to protect the assets? I believe you personally lost a shed-load of cash on MXP, so for that I am sorry, no-one should lose that sort of money on here. News from MAX - getting on for 50 days since any update, which is not too good really? I suppose they will let us know when they have something to say, but the wait is looonnnnggggg!! GLA.

I have a holding in PLUS, at 327, and to be honest, I am very comfortable in the fact that this is VASTLY oversold presently! People trying to make waves, when it's definitely just a small hiccup in the business, fixed within the month, at a small overall cost to the company. This will recover, and to very much more than present SP. All companies will (eventually) have to comply with AML requirements! Do not let the shorters win.. this company is VERY profitable, and worth £6+ of anyone's money. GLA.

Last Year, this was suspended... so, 8th June will be a full six-month suspension! Maybe they will give us an update to celebrate the occasion? You never know... GLA.

Don't seem to apply to MAX! Normally, you would be confident, all this time it is taking.. A deal must surely be done? I'm not that confident any more unfortunately. I was/am in here, with a few shares, but I think basically I have written it off really now. No point waiting for much to happen, as it appears the bondholders have won, and nothing much will be left for PI's. Another one bites the proverbial dust, so it seems. Would love to be proved wrong though!! GLA.

I have a position there too. I am hoping that DL is true to his word - I believe he is, and that they will be bought out eventually. UKOG is the front HH runner! It's all about proving up the billions of barrels of oil at HH - and of course, some good news from IOW? Nutech are no small outfit, and they have staked big-time on the result being positive, as has DL. I am holding for the flow results! Could see many multiples of the present SP down the line. :)

Know how you feel... I was in London Mining a while back, that ended abruptly... and only just dodged a bullet on African Minerals, so it seems my poor track record continues!! Still, I live in hope that MAX might be the exception :) GLA.
