We were originally told the MSC fuel agreement would beannounced in December.JM missed this of course. In the open offer statement it states expected by the end of Q1, Will JM miss this after a further 3 months ? My guess is we will be told at the IMC 'in the coming weeks' Three working days of Q1 left folks.

It would be a pleaseant suprise if it was announced Tuesday morning.

If it does not happen this week i would regard that statement as misleading.

It may be the case that MSC wanted Quadrise to have sufficient funds to complete the trial before they signed the agreement.
